Make sure the pizza is freshly made & delivered at the time said.
I requested and paid for extra cheese on my pizza with bacon but did not receive any and I paid for double beef on another pizza and did not receive
GIVE ME A FULL REFUND. MY FOOD WAS NOT PROTECTED FROM GERMS AND WAS DROPPED ON THE GROUND. I ASKED FOR CONTACTLESS DELIVERY AND HAD 2 GET MY FOOD FROM THE DELIVERY PERSON BY HAND. BOXES NOT TAPED PROPERLY. HALF MY ORDER DROPPED TO THE GROUND B4 HE MADE IT TO MY PORCH. TOTALLY UNSATISFIED
Thank you... You made me a Personal Pan Pizza, Pepperoni, Sausage, Mushrooms... that actually has the mushrooms on the pizza... It took me 3 other Personal Pizzas to find a proper one made... ??? As for the customers, just use the Pizza Hut app... That way the people know they're busy

My order was prepared exactly how I wanted. It was ready timely and it was very good.
A little over a hour passed when I decided to check in because it seemed like they were having trouble locating my address prior to me placing my order ...(mind you I lived behind them) we are neighbors, which I did mention! Phone rings, I was placed on hold, line answers, someone clicks.GREAT!!!....I immediately call back...Kimberly answers HELLOOO! like she was at home...I asked for an ETA & she kept putting me on hold or cutting me off stating it was on its way...only to then say my order had an eta of 10:25 ....I ordered 1 large pizza at 830!Don't bother here their service is pathetic & very UNPROFESSIONAL!
Pizza was delivered fairly quickly for a Friday night and the delivery driver was excellent.
The convenience of the drive thru to get my order that was ready to pick up without delay. My pizza was was piping hot and ready to eat when I got home.
