This pizza hut location is not a clean place even though the signs said they have an A....I observe the cashier handling money and adjusting her hair without washing her hands...the cook preparing the food without any safety gloves on. And no mask on ..
This Pizza need new management quick, they don't answer the phone at this location to place an order.. So got in my car drove to location. Lady ask me to wait, I ended up waiting 20 min and still no one could help me with my order... It appeared she was the only one working there... Don't wast your time at this location... They can't handle your business, avoided at all cost..
My order was exactly what I ordered and the time to pick up, it was ready. No waiting around. Pizza Hut is my favorite ?. Yum!!!
The staff are rude and the pizza is gross. I've tried giving this store multiple chances thinking maybe I've caught them on a bad day. However, the staff and food suck. Management really needs to evaluate their employees to improve their customer service and food quality.
First, they forgot my pasta that I paid for. Then when they brought the pasta, they forgot my marinara sauce for the breadsticks and only brought 1 of the 3 ranches I paid for. This is not the first time they have shorted me for sauces that I paid for.
The food was hot fresh delicious excellent customer service I ordered two large pizzas With the same exact toppings for $11.99 but one of them was $14.99 instead of $11.99. She did explain to me why so i would know in the future, but she was nice enough to make an adjustment and save me $4. To me that is excellent customer service. That is why I always go to that pizza hut.
The quality of pizza has drastically declined at this location. The breadsticks tastes like some chemical. I am not sure what they use in the pan, but it makes the bread taste bad.The pizzas have less toppings, even though I pay for extra cheese and toppings. It's still very skimpy.Today I called a total of 7 times after I received the delivery text, and it went to voice-mail 4 times, was disconnected once, talked to store who said pizza would arrive within 5 minutes which actually was 50 minutes, and was still on hold the last time when the driver showed up.The Delivery text today was sent 1 hour and 20 minutes before the driver actually arrived. This means the food was in the driver's car for over an hour.This is unacceptable.Do better Pizza Hut.
They place you on hold for long times and then hang up. Workers here get smart all the time and act impatient when you are inquiring about your order that you placed 2 hours ago. Bad customer support.
I'm not a big pizza eater but I was in the mood for one that day. I ordered the "Detroit" pizza and it was really good!The service was awesome from start to finish! The young lady that took my order (I don't remember her name ?) was very sweet. When I arrived for my curbside pickup, I was greeted with a smile!I will definitely return to this location. Great job guys!
Pay more attention to PAID online orders.
