Ordered online and then received a call that they don't have the product needs to be replaced lee's quality and less value when arrive to pick up the truck of supplies frozen and dry was there so didn't want to get the product also manager promise a free pizza next time and it doesn't show in my membership on the app so bad service no product lazy to retrieve product and lied to receive something that Will not be availableWe'll see the end

Once I had placed an order, I got my pizza in 39 mins with my door bell ringing and a tap on my door. I specifically put in the delivery instructions section that I wanted a non contactless delivery. I then proceeded to explain where I would like it to be left.the delivery driver did not follow instructions as I was constantly yelling Leave it on the front porch. Papa Johns please do a better job and hire delivery drivers that can follow DIRECTIONS!!!!
Overpriced small pizza and the presentation of the pizza was terrible. I payed $15 for a 4 slice pizza expecting 6 slice the toppings were underneath the cheese instead of then being on top of the cheese total failure. They also adding so much onions, one slice was full of them. Disgusting.
I love the people. The food is great and the place is lean. I eat there often and I love it. (Smiling)

I rated a 1 because i found a very sharp metal sliver in my alfredo pizza that got stuck in the roof of my mouth. I was informed they have no metal or aluminum items in their shop anywhere .. Even though when delivered the seal was still in tact on all boxes .. And i find it hard to believe that a place that cooks in a extra hi temp oven has tno metal ..
