I ordered fried rice, but the rice tased like burned plastic mixed in with the rice❗❗I just now made a dispute to get my $19.00 refunded back to my card, I had to throw all of the food away❗❗❗?I will never ever go there again."THÀT WAS FRIED PLASTIC, NOT FRIED RICE???

Great place clean restaurant the bathrooms are very clean food is very fresh staff is very friendly and hard-working however the cashier needs to work on communication I saw a black dude with his kids i think they were Spanish or thing she didn't know how to communicate with them communication is everything?
I personally didn't care for the noodles or fried rice, they had a burnt taste....
I will never visit a Panda Express again. I should have went to wing stop but I wanted something quick. Anyway, I ordered a bowl at first and she put the most smallest portions I’ve seen in and for over $7. It should have been more, so I told her to switch it to the plate so I could at least feel full. It was $2 more than the plate. The food is NASTY! It was bland, even the sauce. The broccoli wasn’t even good. I’m so disappointed and now I’m forced to east this tasteless food because I paid for it. I can believe they messed up the teriyaki chicken like this. I’m so sad. Oh I forgot, another thing I didn’t like it you have to order 2 meats with the plate. Why?
Food was ok despite the orange chicken had mostly breading ?On Top of all that one of my Fortune Cookies didn't have a fortune paper in it . That's the very first time I've seen something like this ? UNBELIEVABLE

Oralia is great ? She works quickly and accurately. Also she honors the coupon with grace, she doesn't treat you like jerk like the employees of the other Panda located at Century and Felton. I have to drive 5 more minutes to get to this Panda but I happily do it. Thank you for your kind service!
