I ordered 2 teriyaki chicken plates. Specifically asked for extra well done and extra cut, no Mac or veggies. I could see Mac residue on the inside of my container and my meat was not extra well done. Thanks for ruining my meal, definitely the last time I will give my energy to this place!
I order combo which consists of beef, short ribs and chicken. I only wanted short ribs and chicken which was 15.00 they gave 1 small ribs and multiple pieces of chicken, they refused to change order and told me if I wanted more ribs I had to pay extra, so I went to the one on Redondo Blvd and got same order for less. Will never go back to location again. It's a rip off.
Good food. The wait can be long but worth it I think.
I love the teriyaki plate and I double up on the macaroni salad. The cashier is kind and helpful. Just make sure you airways double check your receipt to ensure your order was taken accurately. My husband always goes for the BBQ and Katsu mix.
First time there. They were fast but it was sorta empty. The food tasted good but their macaroni tasted more like salad dressing than actual mayo BUT Unlimited teriyaki and katsu sauce :)
We usually buy food here but this time around we were served food without any sauce and only discovered when it was home. Am I supposed to eat plain rice and protein. Server was Tania on receipt.
I asked for extra sauces and said that I will pay for them. The lady denied me and spoke in a condescending tone about me wanting extra sauces. I came to this same location 4 days ago with the same order and it was no issue
