Had a horrible experience just now after paying for a regular size (which is the large size) chili cheese fries, spending almost $14 AND LEAVING A TIP, to not receive what I asked for. For my FRY LOVERS out there, NOBODY wants undercooked fries, which is why when ordering I stressed to the cashier at the counter to please cook them EXTRA EXTRA well done. She says ok and that it'll be 5-10 mins.. I come back in 7 just to be on the safe side and see that my fries are undercooked with a whole bunch of chili and cheese on top. When I let her know, she says they're not crispy because they've been sitting there for a few minutes. If they've been sitting there for a few minutes, then that means they're NOT WELL DONE. ? it means they weren't cooked long enough to be well done. I asked if they could possibly remake them, and she fights me on it, then says she could give me a JUNIOR chili cheese fry instead? I paid for the big one AND tipped -- why would I walk out with a small when I paid for a large? She tells me there are NO REFUNDS and walks outside to call her manager. Why do you need to go outside? What do you need to communicate to him that you can't say in front of me? Very shady business. She comes back in and relays her manager said NO to the remake. She says I can wait for the manager to get there, which may have been 30 minutes or more. I have things to do. Also, there was no guarantee that when he got there, my food would have been remade, so then you would have taken my money AND my time? If the young lady would have thought my ask was important enough to express it to the cook, I don't think I would even be writing this long review. It's not wasting food if the cashier would have communicated my order correctly. The customer service here is poor, very disappointing, and there is a lack of training. IT'S GIVING LACK OF APPRECIATION FOR SUPPORTING A BLACK BUSINESS. I'm sorry (but not sorry to say) as some of my fellow black people know, it's hard supporting SOME black businesses because they won't do right. I ain't ate all day, and just wanted something good to eat. Shame. And yes.. all of this over some fries, because it's the principle.

Ghetto city’s get you ghetto rewards don’t ever come here nasty and told us to wait 10 mins on the chicken and didn’t even have chicken when they came back they made something else didn’t wanna refund either I feel sorry for the owner because he has a big dream and there ruining it

Look. You may not think you want shrimp and steak on your crispy delicious French fries, but you'd be wrong. Tucked into a strip mall near the airport, this gem is most definitely a diamond in the rough. It's a takeaway, but don't take it far. You need to have it all fresh, hot and delicious. Kind staff, great food. I'll be stopping here on my way out of LAX for approximately the next 40 years. Do it. You're welcome.

Omg this was our first time trying the fries and wow. I don't know what I loved more...the seasoning and flavor or the fact that the fries were NOT soggy under all the cheese and shrimp and crab. Yummy!

I've been following Mr. Fries Man on IG for awhile and swore when I came to the West coast I would have to check it out. I had the shrimp and crab with lemon garlic. It was ok, I expected better flavor for the price. My friend had fried chicken with bbq sauce and hello sauce on the side. Hers was much better. The portions are huge and definitely shareable.

Expensive but it's good and really two people can share a plate. I got the garlic shrimp ? and they were tasty. They do give you alot of food. My niece for the BBQ chicken and she enjoyed hers. I like that my food was still hot when I got home and it wasn't soggy. I'll be back for the Buffalo shrimp next

Saw a pic on FB had to come out and try it.... Best decision ever!!!

Service was good and the food was amazing. My cousin and I enjoyed it!

It was nice and juicy not to dry took me two or three rounds to eat it all. I enjoy my meal

Since moving to California in April this has been one of the most memorable restaurants I have ever been to.The view of Alvarez alone is worth the visit. The sunset without a doubt is by far one of the best views in the Bay area. Note they don't take reservation on weekends so come about 30min to an hour early if you want to get a table prior to the sun going down. (Dont worry there is so much to do on the pier to keep you busy)The food nothing short of mouth watering good! Some of the freshest seafood the bay area has to offer and on top of that the portions are monstrous.
