Never write reviews but honestly I’m disappointed in this establishment, I ordered my little sister a 6pc happy meal and you know what they did ? They put only four pieces of nuggets in a 6pc box, why in the world would they do that and they charged me for it to . They need to stop doing this and start working. Please don’t go here, and if you do always check your order before leaving.
This woman’s attitude is very disgusting and unprofessional. The moment I came in she had an attitude. I hadn’t even reached her line yet. Me still not in line yet she yells “are you going to order something?” I respond “ i’m not ready yet.“ after that level of rudeness from her I decided to check out at the kiosk. Honestly if I didn’t promise my little sister McDonald’s I would have spent my money elsewhere.
Very unsatisfied visit!!Had a promo code for my order and was charged full price. After noticing it, came back to ask why the promo code was not given, manager Leticia argued with me for 5-8mins telling me if the promo code don't work, there is nothing she can do. Even after showing her the promo code, she kept refusing to give me a refund. I was not asking for the full amount, just to validate the promo code. However, she kept on given me a hard time [attitude] until she decided to give me back half of the amount. I paid with a debit card and was handing it to her and told me she not refunding it back to my card, but will give it to me in cash [rude manner]. Additionally, ordered a guava creme pie and noticed it was old. I use to work at McDonald's for 5 years, so I know all the ins and outs. Therefore, I know for a fact the pie was old because every food product should have an expiration date. The pie, had the expiration sticker taken off. Heads up for those who read this, always make sure that if you see a time/date label off. 9/10 means it is old and they are using that because they are lazy to put fresh ones in or to avoid a larger waste at the end of a managers shift. Will not be coming back here!!!!
If you can, avoid going inside and actually use the drive thru. There are always homeless crack heads sitting there. A homeless lady almost hit me today for absolutely no reason and I'm almost 9 months pregnant. I won't be eating inside this restaurant ever again. Besides that, the food is good. Also to those who get impatient in the lobby, the restaurant is understaffed. You want your food be served fast? Then tell people get off government help and apply.
Been going here for years but thier quality of service including order accuracy has gone down hill. Ordered thier triple cheeseburgers and both had just two slices of cheese, I expect to get what I paid for and not have to find out my order was incorrect because someone got lazy or stupid in the kitchen! Check your orders folks!
Drive thru attendees take orders out of order and you end up getting stuck in the drive thru for forever. Sat there for 45 minutes and there were only three cars ahead of me. Insanity.
It says they stay open till 2 am and no one was there they need to change that one the webpage.
This McDonald's has to be the absolute worst there is. They are very slow, and almost always get the orders wrong. It's an every morning thing with them.
