I just came 2:29am and first they took my order and when I came to the window they didn't say anything about a card but only cash. It's 2022 we are not in the old ages so I had to cancel my order for cash but accepted to pay cash. It's only fair I was being recorded so I recorded them back for insurance purposes. And. They they declined because they was afraid.
Long wait in drive thru My Caramel Frap had started melting Fries Hot and Fresh though
I have them a coupon number for the $1 large fries and they asked me again for the coffee only to tell me it doesn't work when clearly the code was generated while I was placing an order. The person taking my order was not helping especially with that attitude he was giving. Smh
I hate to do this but today I feel like I should. I placed a mobile order and waited close to 20 minutes for my food. I had to get out of my car to check on my order and it was still not ready. Kinda defeats the purpose of ordering via mobile. At the end it made me be late to work from my lunch break and to top it off my food was cold.
This is my second time in this place and Im so disappointed. Make sure you get your order repeated back to you in the drive thru otherwise you will have to pay taxes twice. Manager was unprofessional he was cutting me off when I was making my complaint. If I were you I'll go to another McDonald's and let this one closed down for good.
We didnt get our order complete. One order of fries were missing. I was on my way to airport so I didnt had time to check my order before driving away. Besides this, the service was ok but not very good.
Well terrible. I am always respectful and polite and yet feel totally judged as I'm an outcast or scum off the street. I always have money for my food and do not leave a mess. The dining room opens at 5am and here I am still locked out at 5:21 amm
Waited almost 20 minutes after ordering (with three cars in front of me) and still didn't get to the window or the lovely gentleman who lives just outside of their window.After the three gunshots rang out we decided we didn't really need our McMuffins that badly.
Made me wait extra long in line because they could not get my order correct in the Drive-Thru. Plus transient traffic
It was decent for a McDonald's. ONLY complaint was the menu. The item wanted disappeared as soon as said the first item. And the employee couldn't understand what items in the combo's they provided. But fast and friendly.
