The worst managed location I've ever been to. On this very day 4/30/22 during the 1100 hour. Disappointing. No consideration of customers. No smiles, cashier greeting like customer like they homies while smacking on gum.To the owner: please take time and go out your way if you need to and get change. The coin shortage hasn't closed the banks down. Find a way to be more accommodating to your customers. If you can't get change. Get a technician who can work on your POS to improve it so it can save orders when people have to walk across the street to get change because you don't have any change. So now the line inside has 8 hungry people with things to do, appointments to get to. Take time to research how to improve the quality of working during rush hours. If employees are too stressed out to perform properly during the rush times, learn what their struggles are so that you can create a plan and train your managers to excel at high quality performance during rush hours. So once they perfect that, your employees will be able to perfect their training when it's their turn. I wonder how much increase in revenue you'll have with better employees.
Customer service was terrible and slow, moreover the guy helping me had on a death row jacket in a kids establishment
The guy that is in drive thru named Louis. he is very good at his job and is very nice. Best guy in McDonald’s ever!
Diner is always closed, even at 2:20 pm not sure because of the long line in drive thu or the Pandemic Crisis 2022.
I placed a mobile order via the app and selected to be served my food at curbside pickup spot #2 at 5:52 PM. I told the app I had arrived and it charged me while I began waiting. 20 minutes later still no one had come outside to deliver my food, so I attempted to go inside and speak with someone about my order. However, the doors were locked and no patrons were being allowed inside. There was a separate 15-20 minute line waiting to get through the drive-thru, so of course I'm not trying to wait through that when I've already waited 20 minutes for my "fast" food. I tried calling the number for this McDonald's 5 times, and every single time no one answered and it went to a voicemail that stated the inbox was full. While I type this, two more separate sets of customers left without being served after trying to gain entrance to the inside, and a third customer who apparently received a wrong order from the drive-thru was also rejected from entering to get her order corrected. Now I have to waste more time contacting my credit card company to refute the charge McDonald's assessed without serving me any food.Edit: I decided to call one last time before leaving and someone answered, apologized and said they were understaffed, but would remake my order and get it out to me ASAP. And he did, I had it in hand about 3 minutes later. I was about to leave very frustrated, but because an employee made it right in the end I an upgrading my rating from 1-star to 3-stars.It is my opinion that the owner of their McDonald's should pay their staff more, and hire more people, and then they wouldn't have the understaffing issue.
Drive through hours are wrong. They close whenever they feel like it.
Love their coffee and frappe.
Drive-thru menu was completely blank and not working. No sign of the malfunction was given
All I want to share is that this is the worst bathroom I've ever stepped into. You can barely stand the smell, without gagging. Not sure what plumbing issues they have.
Use to like this place but afterwards you are no longer abe to dine in. They are not very polite. Took like 5-6 people and asked for condiments and was given just 5 condiments. Asked for more and wouldn't provide more.
