The service is average. I ordered a chocolate lovers. It doesn't significantly taste like anything. But a lot of something was overpowering (peanut butter or chocolate). Instead I just taste a hint of everything. If I'm ever near this German juice I will not order this drink.
Was cool the first couple times, but as of recently they keep running out of key ingredients. Friendly people but I’m not paying 9$+ for a drink to be made with substituted ingredients. Because i order online I dont find out till I get to the store or am already sipping my drink… like today. Back to the location on century from now on.
Good place. I tried the parmesan pretzel for this first time, which was really nice.

I just stopped in to this Jamba Juice to order a chunky Strawberry bowl. Once I walked up to the registers I ordered the bowl. The cashier said they did not have any peanut butter for the bowl. Before I could continue my order she asked me to hold on so she can answer the phone. She proceeded to have me wait while she took an over the phone order. I waited 15 minutes for my order. The whole time I waited the cashier and two other associates were standing around laughing and talking. There were 3 other people standing there waiting to make their order. This establishment has terrible workers who don’t understand the concept of good customer service. I will not be retuning to this Jamba Juice!!
Parking is insufficient for all the storefront retailers in the plaza. Plaza littered with rubbish all.over. Starbucks line impedes entrance and exit of parking lot. Inside Jamba the music is too loud to clearly communicate your order. FRUSTRATING dot com at best. Will never go here again.
Placed an order online at 12:15pm. It was supposed to be ready at 12:25pm and I got there at 12:35pm. No one acknowledged me and it was 5 people working. Secondly my order was not ready when I got there so I had to wait for it to be made. To top it off my order was incorrect. This has to be the worst location of them all.....
If give this location no stars, I would. I came into Jamba Juice and there was one employee working in a horrific mess. I asked if he was alone the response was ‘yes”. At this location I have come multiple times when there was one employee working. I don’t know what type of work environment you have going on, but this is unacceptable.I also saw that the juicers that held the juices were not cleaned at all. There was debris accumulated at the top of the juices. I even bought a pomegranate paradise and it was SPOILED. Not the first time. very unsanitary corporate you should talk to your manager.Don’t ever come here if you know whats best for you. Thank you.
Staff was nice but unfortunately they were out of almost everything , strawberries,soy milk,frozen yogurt and more
