Honestly starting to feel like they messing up the orders on purpose. Thanks for the juice it was great, thought I ordered a smoothie but I guess not. Also loved the one where the pineapple pieces were bigger than the straw. Fun times.

Incredibly slow service. Unbelievable. Hire more employees. The San Pedro location I usually go to is nothing like this.
made an mobile app order and they didn’t have strawberries for my açaí bowl. thought it would be ok but it wasn’t enjoyable at all (too many blueberries). I went back into store and Elsie told me an issue will be refunded and it should show up on my app so I left. today I speak to the store and since I left the store a refund will not be issued. I know it’s a lot going on right now but at least you can do right by the customers and compensate for what you didn’t have in the first place.
Ordered my drink through the app over an hour before arriving and when I asked where my pick up is all the women in there looking confused as if my order was never placed. After making my beverage upon arrival and not apologizing for giving my drink with my name on it to someone else as the woman stated who was making my order I then asked why would you do that and she remained quiet. Never going back to that location in the "hood" anymore because all we get is the unprofessional hood treatment.
I waited in line for 10 minutes before someone finally came to take my order. The employees are extremely rude, have terrible attitudes and are overall extremely unprofessional. I waited almost 15 minutes to receive my drink and it was not throughly blended and had huge chunks of fruit still inside. The man who made my drink sloppily threw it on the counter and there was liquid spilling out of the cup, all over the counter. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.
I made an online order. Went inside to pick it up. When I approached the counter I began to ask a female about my order. She quickly cut me off mid sentence smirked and said "oh I'm off". She rushed away. Another female employee finished blending a drink. She left it in the blender and went to go punch out. The counters were filthy and stacks of used blender cups lined the counters. By the time I got my drinks they were melted down and prepared improperly. So rude. So ghetto. So dirty. So mismanaged. So I'm never going to this location again.
They need a whole house clean up. Employees that dont want to be there with the biggest attitudes! Stood in line for 10 minutes with no assistance and all the employees just walk by with no greeting or can I help you or someone will be with you shortly. No bueno....!!
My Son loves this place....Jamba juice....but he calls it JUNGLE JUICE...?????
