The smoothie itself is fine. I ordered a small kid’s drink because I didn’t want something so large. When the lady finished my drink I didn’t grab it just yet because it was a larger cup than expected. The lady with the heavy poorly drawn eyeliner today January 21, 2022 was incredibly rude & said “Do I really need to call it out for you?” Then proceeded to call out my drink. My brother also ordered a drink & was confirming it was his by asking “Was this the _______?” & she responded “thats what I just said.” Again, incredibly rude. The curly haired girl was very, very sweet but I feel bad that she has to work with someone as bitter & rude as her. I have worked in customer service for years & I could have the worst day but you NEVER EVER take it out on the customer. This was my first time at a Jamba Juice & she ruined the experience for me by making it uncomfortable with her rude remarks.

The fact that they sell the ice a dollar a bag is awesome!!!

Please explain why,several locations either don't have proper cups,(Manhattan BCh,Gardena). The Inglewood/Century location,has a sign saying they don't have change or credit/debit only.The service was nice. The clerk was alone. No music, and only one other customer.

I don't even know how this business is still open. They're ALWAYS out of many items and I have to travel to other stores to get a smoothie. The staff is.... not good. This place has undergone a lot of managerial changes and it seems like whenever they get a good manager they move them. One of the best managers was Mike and after that Pedro. Good managers don't seem to stay in this location long. Do better Jamba Juice.

Burnin hot in Cali you need to stop here, avoid the crazy lines of In N Out so stop by and get you a smooth chilled ice cold smoothie, service was fast enough n yea, I recommend it

The slowest jamba juice ever

No sense of urgency, upset when customer shows up and waits to order. Waits for us to order for them to mention cash only and offers no alternative. We had to ask if we could pay through the app. She said no. I asked what if I order online and gets annoyed that I asked and found out for myself how to get around the “cash only” play of not wanting to take customers. Very easy to see through. Unbelievable.

I walked into the location between 3:30 to 3:35 pm on June 30th, 2021. I saw two employees behind the counter and I walked up to the counter to try and place and order. I was never greeted or even acknowledged. I look over at the lady in the orange shirt who is speaking on her cellphone (on speaker phone) while she is cleaning the counter. She looks up at me as she's coming around the corner and still hasn't said a word to me. At that moment I put my debit card back in my wallet and walked out. I really couldn't believe this kind of service at a Jamba Juice. At the minimum she could have said "Hello" or at least took my order if she wasn't going to do anything else. It seemed like I was invisible and I'm really baffled as to how this location is operating with this type of terrible customer experience.

Didn’t have oranges or carrots ?!?! What kind of juice bar doesn’t have oranges ?
