I love this Jack in the box. The dining room is clean, the exterior of the building is modern, and the drive thru service is always fast. The manager here is really nice and professional; he takes his time to go out of his way to make sure the customer has everything they need with their order. 5 Stars all their overnight workers. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Quick service and predictable food. I'm trying to understand why a munchies box is $20??
Under staffed this day. Drive thru line was extremely long and not moving, so I went inside. They were clearly frustrated inside. Another customer even brought to their attention how rude they were behaving towards customers: ignoring them, rolling eyes and snapping at people for requesting condiments, slapping receipt on counter and walking away after taking order, calling # and walking away without checking to see if correct customers picked up the order or if the customer wanted anything else (condiments)...simply rude.
I love their sourdough jack! It's fast food but it won't have you feeling all yucky the way McDonald's does
Service is shakey at best. Could be better buyer being that it's ther only Jack's near by i gotta give it 4 stars but they really deserve a e star review
Good service & the drive through is fast. It's open 24/7 so it's great if you need a late night snack.
Stopped in around 10 for drive through. Ordered a Chicken sandwich, tacos, and fries. I asked if that was everything, twice, I was assured it was. After arriving home and opening the bag, they forgot the fries, really. Jack's tacos with no fries? Very dissapointed.
Food is freshly made every time I go to this location. Customer service is pleasant. Ice coffee the best.
They was good when they first opened, but now the food taste nasty, order be wrong I told the guy no onions on my burgers he argue back saying don't no onions come on the burger. Fries cold get home a bug was in my drink not only that the guy put his actually hands inside my cup. Gave me expired cheese cake.. been very disappointed lately
The Drive Thru line was over 25 minute wait at 3pm on a Wednesday! The dining room is still closed due to Covid.
