I ordered my food through the app and when I got there it was closed because of a malfunction. I called an d the person who answered told me to get my money back through the app (giving me the brush off rather find a solution NOT COOL)...But the manager came and explained what was going on and did get me my order done. I appreciate him for that, and that kid on the phone I suggest get some customer service training or get out the kitchen.
Poor and slow service from the woman that attends on drive-thru at 22:50 tonight. She was extremely rude and didn’t answer my requests on speaker.
Im not big on fastfood but my life today forces me to stop every so often. I dig the food here. Its real, not processed/fake meat. And their chocolate cake is addictive?

Sometimes non-issue, sometimes there are issues. Food is sometimes fresh and sometimes not. Staff has no genuine customer service skills.

Yes it is late But Every order i have ordered using Uber Eats late nite is Wrong I Never get all the food i order. I ordered 3 of those late night boxs with drinks and 2 milkshakes All we received was 2 sandwichs 1 drink & 1 milkshake No fries or tacos. Where is my other 2 drinks and shake! Straight robbery! Im giving you warning Dont order from here! I mean unless you wanna just give your $$ away Thank you and Merry Christmas Jack n the box
