Bad ta os don't horder tacos they will reheated them and in old oil tacos will come out dark
We don't have a Jack In The Box where we are from so while visiting Cali, we really enjoyed it. The food didn't disappoint. The service was fast, the order was correct and the food was hot. Very impressed.
It fast service but drive thru was kind of rude like if they Wanted me to hurry up with my order

I will deserved one star if not less the guy working there at 2:00 a.m. today was the worst not only there was a line after waiting for so long I have to repeat five times that all I was getting is two tacos then he's so slow with the service that the cars in front of me took another 10 minutes and then once I reach to my window he doesn't know what my order was and he said the egg rolls and he didn't even have my tacos anywhere ordered he doesnt comprehend nor is he competent I would never go back there whatsoever there's other 24-hour locations and fast food at night better go somewhere else even to a gas station if you
The chicken club sandwich was really hard I really don't know if it had a lot of bread on the chicken or it was too fried. I prefer the Jack Spicy Chicken Sandwich. ???
The young man that took my order and was at the window when I paid had great customer service skills!! I can say that. The downer was I hate a place that gives me hot strips and cold fries period!!
Food was so horrible we couldn't even eat it. Ended up on the trash. I wouldn't even give it to a homeless person or someone who is starving.
Every time I go Thur drive Thur they are extremely rude. They get my orders wrong they rush you to order. The manger acts like she can’t do anything about it
It's good the only issue at times is a long drive thru.
