Do not get food from here after 9pm everytime i get food from drive thru any time after 8pm the food is horrible. The fries are soggy with excessive amount of salt. The chicken is old and hard food is cold and they always seem to forget an item. Must be the closing manager along with the cooks. Its happened to me more then once! Any other time before 9pm no problem everything is fresh hot and very delicious!! Other then that customer service is always on point! Love the staff but night cooks super bad!!
They sold me a burger special for 10 bucks. Swiss butter basted bacon burger. It literally looked smaller and worse than an AM/PM gas station burger. I was picking up my wife and daughter from the airport and the were hungry. It was midnight and Jack in the box was all that was open. Well when Jack came out his box with that burger I was the one who looked like a clown. I mean what an unapologetic blatant rip off.
Very disappointed, staff was route and don't get my right. I ordered a chocolate shake with NO whip cream.... I was given a chocolate shake with whip cream. When I gave it back the lady whipped off the whip cream and handed it back to me wow!!!! Once again I told her that's not what I ordered. I finally got what I ordered but it shouldn't have taken all that to get it. That was my last visit. Coustmer service is VERY important. Your employees represent YOU the owner..........
I just made a complaint directly to the corporate office. Hope I will hear back from a someone. Very bad experience while picking up an order. Employee with the name of Maria not sure if she gave her real name was cursing at her co-workers using bad language in front of other customers. And on top of that she had the nerve to call me “bitch”. I know you have cameras hope you guys can hear the audio. This happened today 4/14/22 like around 7:25 pm. I was driving a Nissan Versa Note white color.
Does this look like a deluxe fish sandwich? Well they seem to think so? On top of everything they won’t even answer their phone with the gas prices $5.99 per gallon I’m trying to weigh my options.
First of all they always get my order wrong today i whent and got me some food but mofo give nasty as hard burgers and second tacos where missing cheese and i siad no onions and they still them fire that cook already get a real person who can read the oreders right
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich I wanted pickles and onions on it she tells me that I can't have that but they don't have it I said so you don't have pickles or onions for your burger know that's all that comes with it lettuce and tomato and cheese wow but it was cold and dry and cooked hard
They told me at 1.07am that they not taking no more orders and they don’t do shift change until 3:00am
I drove all the way home to sit down to something that was supposed to be an egg roll. I almost threw up when I opened the box and saw the so called egg rolls. My kids chicken strips were more like chicken patties. The server was VERY nice but the food was very disappointing. Had to drive all the way back to get a new batch of egg rolls. I think that will be my last visit to this Jack in the Box. Posted pics so you can see why I almost puked at the egg rolls!
Service today was bad, no disrespect to the employee but she can work on her tone specially if it's really hard to understand her, she also gave me the wrong order and she look very bothered when my husband told her it was wrong, she fixed it at the end but I hope she can work on her skills. I didn't get her name but she had blonde-yellow hair might be curly and thin drawn eyebrows.
