The drive thru is fast and efficient, as always. The parking lot can a bit much to navigate when you're hungry out of your mind, but the reward for it is more than worth it. Same consistency of every other in n out, the same great taste of fresh ingredients, the same excellent service and same value for your dollar. I'd eat here every day if it wouldn't kill me?
Customer service is great & the speed of service was pretty nice too! This was my 1st visit to this location and it was around lunch time (we dined in), so it was definitely busy. The lines kept moving quickly inside & in the drive-thru from what I noticed. Food was hot & freshly made. I only give 4 stars because I'm just not a fan of the fries at all.
I've eaten here all times of the day - opening, lunch, evening, closing time. Despite ALWAYS being very busy, they consistently deliver on: 1) fresh food 2) hot food 3) accurate orders 4) friendly staff. The service is excellent, they handle all customizations, and most importantly, it's delicious. Bathrooms are clean. I've done drive through and dine in, it's about the same waiting time.
The food is always really good here! When I think of in and out, I think of fresh, hot seasoned burgers and fries and this location consistently delivers. You have to time your visit here, because the line is always long, but it's well worth the wait. ?
Overrated. Did the animal style burger and fries. The food was cold. The line was insanely long for being almost 8pm on a weeknight. Too much special sauce. We weren't fans of the place but tried it because of all of the hype. Preferred Jack in the Box.
Weekends it gets extremely busy but they are very efficient in keeping the lines under control. Every time I order from this location is always fresh. My favorite is the animal style burger. :)
Always Always go with the double double on the protein wrap! That way you can order animal style fries and finish the whole meal! Staff is always super professional and polite, drive thru line is INSANE!Dine in order only took 8 mins TOP! #1 chain burger place in the WORLD!!!!

This location has never let me down until last night. I was in the drive thru line. Which was somewhat long but not as much as usual. While the order attendant, I would say maybe 15 cars out which was pretty far out from the original call box where you order. It sound like a good Idea to get my order started but once I got my burgers and fries I noticed they had been sitting waiting for me to get there. Taking my order so far out might have played a part. This is just a note for in-n-out to maybe limit how far out the attendant walks down the line taking orders. To prevent your food from getting cold while it waits for you to get to the window to pick it up. When I got home I put it in my little oven to warm it for a bit and tried to enjoy it how it should have been.
In-N-Out is usually quite good. They make a good burger and you can have it almost anyway you want, just ask them. This one is very good. Their food is consistent and the service is very nice. If you eat in, all employees will have their masks on. They need to enforce vax proof. I am now getting it to go. We love their burgers. I wish they would make them medium rare when asked, but they won't so that is an issue, but as long as they are not burned they are still very tasty. Parking is free and easy in their lot. The lines can get long and sometimes it is faster to park and go in and order, even if you are taking it home. Their fries are always good and their shacks are tasty. Have fun.
