This IHOP is very nice. It is open 24/7, one of the last in the area to do this.My grandson wanted pancakes for Christmas Eve so off we went and found this IHOP open.We were greeted right away and seated nicely with a good distance between us and the next customers, it was not at all crowded. Everyone had their mask on and the place was just spotless. Everything had been cleaned and the interior was very pretty.The menu is about the same at every IHOP. We got a lot of food and shared it all. The pancakes were perfect, so fluffy. The French toast was super as were the eggs, bacon and sausage. Their coffee was hot and fresh and my grandson liked his hot chocolate--I wish they would make it with milk, but it was fine. Their mac and cheese is really for kids---Kraft--and it was perfect for my grandson. I do wish they would make their own. The fries were hot and crispy. The side salad was large and ever so fresh. Their steak burger was super yummy.Our server was really nice as was everyone there.They do need to just a little training, that is the only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5. The burger was to come with a side salad, but when we got the bill we were charged for it, so that had to be corrected. The ice tea had very little ice and we had to ask for a glass of ice. No one refilled the coffee. So, work on those things. But again, the staff was super nice and we had a wonderful time.Parking is easy and free in their lot.
The food was really good, the portions were huge! Our waitress was really nice, we ordered one milkshake to share between 3 people and she brought us an extra mini milkshake lol loved it! I thought the price was adequate. I always recommend eating pancakes at IHOP, they're DELICIOUS.
I was really disappointed ☹️ Food is not always fresh when you eat at this places.Now, I know this place gets really busy but in my defense it was not that busy today at 12noon.I had to send my pancakes back and it took them a every long time to complete for my order. My fries took forever to get to my table and forget the refill on my coffee ☕ ?☹️Now, I get it if I have to wait, no biggie but PLEASE, PLEASE BRING OUR FOOD WARM & FRESH. AT THE END OF THE DAY, WE DO PAY FOR OUR FOOD. Is NOT FREE.
My first ever IHOP visit, this place blew me away, a super American menu that was full of flavour and a great portion. My waitress was so friendly and the service was swift and cheerful. The dining booths are so comfy and have that traditional feel and design to it. The prices are amazing and I strongly recommend this place to other foreigners in the LAX Airport precinct/nearby looking for an ultra local food experience.
They are open 24 HOURS. guard on duty was in deep sleep. However we came at 5:15 am and they said to come back at 6am. I asked if they could seat us since we had a flight to catch at LAX and make the food and enter in the system at 6.they made a phone call and Maria was asked to accommodate us. Our waitress was Katie and she understood the urgency and was able to get out good pretty fast. Our food was on the table within 4 minutes and was delicious. Excellent job staff at IHOP.

We had a lady waitress whom I can’t remember the name of.The restaurant was tidy and the service was fast. All employees wore masks properly and the food was delicious.I had the breakfast platter, and so did my mom. I also tried the coffee and the orange juice both did not disappoint.

Where to begin... we got there around 4:15pm and got sat after waiting for some one to come to the front and greet us. By the looks of it she seemed to be the manager.(short female about 5'1, mid 40's red long sleeve shirt)She took us to one of the two tables that were clean, after waiting for around 25 minutes for our server to come and take our drink order and then our food order. We waited another 35 minutes for the kitchen to finally finish cooking our food.(2 salads, 1 omelet and one beef bowl) I can understand if the restaurant was busy but we were the only table there and while we were waiting the manager was more worried about doing roll ups and staying in the closed section of the restaurant instead of checking on our food with the kitchen or even offering refills to our table. Food was warm at best once we finally got it. After we finished eating , the table that were dirty when we got there were still dirty!! no body cared to buss those tables at all. Very upsetting experience.
