Update: apparently they don't take large orders through the app placed order twice and they declined both times. Called credit card company and they said it wasn't them it was on 5 guys side. Rather upsetting being that my son wanted 5 guys for graduation.Food is consistent. Never been disappointed. The ability to order on their app and pick it up in store is a plus because it cuts down your wait time.
It's OK. Tastes similar to Fat Burgers (burgers only) Fries are great and so are the shakes. The price is the issue. This isn't some fancy gourmet burger from a restaurant. This is a fast food joint burger costing 10-12 for the basic cheese burger. But taste like Fat Burger? Nah gtfoh with that. I can go to In and Out and get a whole meal for that price. In fact pay a couple of more bucks and there goes my combo from Fat Burger. If you guys are going to do al la cart style fast food dining, then you gotta taste better than your competition.... which you don't.
literally made the best burger i've had in a while. perfectly made, from this location specifically. my order was correct, excellent customer service, super chill vibe, everyone in great spirits and as efficient as could be. I love a simple perfect burger. They absolutely executed my order. Don't even get me started on the fries, chefs kiss ? i'll be coming back here regardless of where i'm at. The burgers, fries, shakes are so good banana shake is my favorite. And very respectful personnel it's a little pricey but you pay for good quality food.
When I picked up my order my fries were brown to much and their veggie burger that anyone would think that you'd get different veggies but not a pile of mushrooms and a few onions only so I took that order back and changed it to a regular cheese burger and better fries
