I visited this El Pollo Loco at 11331 Hawthorne Blvd, Inglewood, CA 90304 to eat lunch. The chicken were NOT freshly barbecued and were old. The were barbecued at least one day earlier!Fresh barbecue chichen are not dried, hard and cold! The amount of salt/sodium in the chickens and the beans were very high!NOT RECOMMENDED!

Oh my gosh, this was the worst I've ever had. The beans were straight out of the can, the rice was so dry. And the salsa was yucky, how do you mess up salsa? I will never go back to this location ever again. We travel to Los Angeles for work and that has been our go to spot, we don't have them in our state, but I personally will not be going back to this location. Sadly they can do better, but keep choosing not to. What a disservice to the customers.

I had to repeat My Order 9 times and they couldn't get it right after I got to the window. I had to ask for everything, sauce, napkins, everything. They were slow to answer, and kept me waiting, (the one on Century Blvd at Crenshaw) is Soooooo much better! Most of there store's, have people working for them, that their speech is hard to understand. Won't send anyone to this location.

WHY AREN’T THE PEOPLE YOU HIRE HONEST ? I went through drive through for my order I paid with my new credit card I just received 1 day prior. The lady handed me my food and I drove home. When I got home I realized my card was missing. I call el pollo loco stating I was just in drive through and if they had my card there. The male manager stated the only one they had was a ebt card. I went in person saying I need a receipt for my bank just in case and that on my transaction was only el pollo loco. The girl went to the back and two girls came out asking my name I told them and then they said they have my card and gave it to me. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY WEREN’T THEY HONEST ON THE PHONE?

This location is always crowded so I came here but at least 5 homeless people were posted right by the door and the didn’t have enough pico to give out or tacos. SMH. Poorly planned parking lot too.

Very clean. Nice staff. Crispy grill skin. Only those metal chairs are meant to be outdoor. Too harsh on the bum.

I only go during lunch hours because the food for some reason has a better taste. It's probably whoever the cook is, props to them. Besides that going any other time the food tends to be ok and not flavorful.

So disappointed.. this location never have red hot sauce, probably is the only one in all L.A., the employees are mean and rude, and the food takes forever to be served,

I gave good credit to the Artesia/Crenshaw location too quickly when actually the Hawthorne Blvd/Imperial Hwy location's drive-thru is pretty stellar! Prompt and the food is always hot when served when I've gone through. Way to go team management!

This location is atrocious with the way it’s being managed. No one seems to be managing the team, people getting order wrong or before others. I waiting nearly 25 min for a simple order and people that ordered before me got their order first of course, all while being forgotten there. But you know what aside from this being one of the dirtiest pollo locos I’ve been too, it’s just all bad.
