The 901 Labrea location is closest to my house so I’ve been ordering from here for about 8 years. I’ve noticed that even when I pay for extra toppings my pizza never has extra.Today I ordered extra cheese and when I showed up to pick it up it was clear that there was no extra cheese bc you could see the sauce all over the pizza. I requested extra cheese and he told me he had to make the entire pizza over. So when he did, I realized he did add more cheese but instead of him adding the normal amount of sauce he added less. I’m guessing so the pizza would look more cheesy.That’s not what I asked for though and this could’ve been prevented by just adding the extra topping I paid for. Also, I had to pay for Parmesan cheese and red pepper, which is insane. I know a pizza only costs $15 but if I’m gonna eat it, I expect to have it made the way I paid for it to be made. Is that too much to ask for?
I called 10 minutes before closing. They answered and put me on hold. A few minutes later, without returning to me, they hung up. Called again, and they hung up. Called again, and hung up on me again. Says they deliver until 1am. I detest places that are lazy and rude.
I like ordering from here. Everyone is always friendly and pizza is good. Francisco the driver was very helpful and polite. Thank you guys!
Yeah all the reviews pretty much describe what I feel about this horrible location. This Domino's location doesn't give a flying Freak about their customers.
I give this place a negative 5. My brother bought a pizza from this location late in the evening at about 11pm ish on 12/15/21. We can tell that the pizza was not fresh at all. It had a very weird taste. And this isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience at this location. Just wasn’t fresh. I only hope the owner sees this and takes this complaint seriously.
The people was very kind, the food absolutely delicious.
They do not like black people. They brought my pizza with the toppings to the top of the box. The Gm hung up in my face twice when I complained about it. They answer the phone as if they are at home. And they talk crazy to you. The Gm just defends them and they don’t give you the information to the district manger. When you ask for corporates number he tells you to just call the 1800 number. They shouldn’t be allowed to talk to you the way they do. I will be contacting someone higher to fix this location or they need to be closed down
Horrible service. They forgot my order and the manager in charge on November 4th , 2021 (closing shift) gave me the worst service I ever got in my life. She was extremely aggressive and rude. Won’t order from domino’s ever again.
good pizza but quality check does not take 20+ minutes and delivery doesnt take 15+ minutes when im literally down 1 stop light away. this is the only reason i always give exact change to delivery drivers i know it isnt their fault but cmon 15 minutes to deliver 1 stop light away. i never give tip anymore unless my pizza is delivered within 45 minutes of my order being placed.
