I was with a few people and I noticed that this place had bad customer service so I asked her butter pecan ice cream and ask them to put pecans in them and they said they didn't have pecans right now but there were like two jars of pecans right there just in front of me and I asked the other person waiting in line do you see the pecan sitting right there and she said yes and I'm filing this complaint because they did not give me what I wanted and it had bad customer service
Ridiculous. After 30 minutes of waiting, we gave up. There were still 4 groups ahead of us when we left not to mention the line outside. Employees were TERRIBLE! I guess they each had a different job. One was refilling ice cream doing random things. The other girl was making ice cream at a fast speed but unfortunately they seemed to be the online orders. The guy attending the people inside was soooooo slow. The girl completed a whole order before he even finished mixing one ice cream. Even the way he walked he took his time. That was unnerving. Absolutely ridiculous and disappointing
You guys need to have your lights repaired asap. I'm epileptic and nearly had an episode walking in due to the constant blinking and short circuiting of the lights inside. To be clear my review is not a reflection of the staff at this location but of your organization for the lack of adherence to the maintance and repair of the facility.
By far the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Took over an hour and a half to get ice cream!! Do not recommend!!!

Whoa whoa whoa! I haven't had cold stone in a while, but when I went here it tasted soo good! The workers were super nice when I went, the Cheesecake icecream is FIRE!

We were staying overnight in the area before flying out of LAX and decided to drive here to get ice cream. It's a traditional Cold Stone Creamery like we have visited across the US. Great ice cream flavors. The place was clean and servers were friendly enough, so no complaints!
The charge for ice cream that not received also not correct flavor i went to get the correct and same mistake this ladys dont have any knowledge need training also need a person that really need how to manage this place never go back .
