Today I visited this Chipotle. I was excited since I had been craving this. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience I’m not sure I’ll be visiting this location again. To begin with all staff members besides 1 person had attitudes. They had no sense of urgency. The line was a mess dirty deeps and we had to wait on chicken, fajitas, and steak. Staff here needs to get it together!
We had a very large order which they finished in a timely manner. The staff was helpful and the food was exactly as ordered, which is no small feat for 14 plates. I would definitely come here again.
They open at 11am. They didn’t even let us know. Customers were just waiting outside until another employee got there. Just because they had to use the front door, they told us we are not open. We told her it said 10:30. She said it hasn’t been updated.
After the cashier gave me the wrong change I kindly asked for her to correct it, if she had quarters that’d be terrificShe said noNo problem I replied. The tip bucket sitting there I lifted and shook it and said you could always exchange a dollar of quarters for your drawer if you need them. She said aggravated at me, THAT IS OUR TIP BUCKET! lol. Ummm correct?it sure is, it states that clearly but 4 quarters make buck… (just sayin’!) this IS the cashier &she’s already shortchanged me?She refuses to give me her name she won’t allow her associate to give me her name so I finally called the manager to report her behavior hoping to keep from posting a review… Unfortunately I was offered a free meal No apology or assurance the employee would be Dealt with! Turns out the receipt has a completely different crew members name on there as the host/cashier so obviously I’m not going to get poor Matthew in trouble because she is logged in under his employee numberThat was a first for chipotle they are usually amazing sorry I had to review
First time eating at Chipotle, I was impressed. The food was fresh and the customer service was great.
This is by far the best chipotle I've ever had. Tried calling to actually say thank you but obviously these heros are hard at work making the best food anyone has ever tasted. Thank you!!
Line is always long, but they try to move quickly most of the time
I don't like any Chipotle because they made a dum thing to go in roblox and find a burrito in the game and just because of that it went crazy in the game and made it shut down. Chipotle why roblox why not something else that are not games.
Do not go to this location if you want to deal with miserable women workers . While ordering my food the lady with her arms covered in tattoos wanted to give me a scoop of rice that would be like 6 bites worth ! She then gave me some small scoop of steak and it’s literally shown in the picture . She was literally rushing everyone’s order and wasn’t even properly wrapping burritos at all . (I also ordered a burrito) this was my second bad experience at this location and I’m honestly getting more frustrated the more I go . Overall not all the women who work there have a bad attitude but most of them do and as a customer it’s not our problem that they act this way ! They need to hire new people and let some of them go . I also ordered corn in this bowl and literally got 4 bites worth . The lady serving me made it seem like she was trying to give me little to nothing and I think for the amount I paid in this trip I deserved better customer service and more food . I will continuously write more reports and will reach out to corporate if things don’t change .
Went in 10 minutes before closing. Girl making food was courteous. Waited at the register for a few minutes while other girls just watched. Finally got someone to ring me up and she said she couldn't give me any change. I then ordered a soda, she gave me a cup, and I got sprayed with soda syrup because they took the nozzles out. I asked for help and she argued with me because I told her it sprayed me. She huffed and put it back in.
