wait time was 10 mins. there 3 for $10 is no longer. it has gone up in price along with rest of all items on menu. sad no chli n beans.

Absolutely terrible and disgusting. Poor quality and service. This is definitely the last time I will come to this location ever. Long wait without proper notification. Dirty table and slow service. Food was inadequate. Food was under seasoned and lukewarm. I'm at a loss of words as to why this place is still open. Cocktail was spilled and not replenished. Restroom smelled and the floor was sticky as hell. The grand finale, someone vomited on the floor in the entrance and at the front door. Disgusting and unacceptable all around. This is shameful. I wouldn't come back for a free meal or a coupon!!!!! Nasty as ever. I hate to rate this place like this. It's my neighborhood and I support us, but this was sad. Please do major damage control and better management!!! Make Inglewood proud.

First time at this location and maybe the last.We walked in without a reservation but was sat immediately. But then things started going wrong after that. We waited over 15 minutes to get a server, as no one communicated with each other and assumed we were waited on. Next we try to order drinks, we ask what flavor margaritas they have. The waitress responds she doesn't know but would ask the bar tender. She was gone for over 10 minutes, the bar was less than 15 feet away... We ordered chips, guacamole, and salsa for appetizers than the food. The guacamole came out 7 minutes later without chips or salsa or any of the drinks. We waited 6 more minutes for water to show up and let the waitress know we hadn't received the rest of the appetizer. 5 more minutes later the appetizer and 1 drink arrive, still waiting on a beer (that came in a bottle). The beer and the food arrive all at once. The shrimp and pasta was Luke warm, while the steak and ribs were hot. The dessert was the only good thing we had (came out in a timely manner, was hot, tasted great).

For some reason, the hostess sat us on the bar side of the restaurant, which was busy and had dirty tables. The true dining area was calmer and had plenty of clean tables which would have been better in my opinion. The food order was messed up, but they bought out way more food than was ordered but only charged what was ordered. So the overall experience was better than when it started.

The service could have been better but it was ok... We enjoyed ourselves.

Service could use a lot of work. I visited this location for my birthday ask if Chili's still gave birthday desserts my question was never answered. The staff is very over worked. The drinks were strong which is one of the positives. The $10.99 deal is great for dinner.

1st time to this Chillis. Drove from San Bernardino, almost a 2-hour drive during rush hour. We were here for a concert at the Forum. We decided to have dinner and drinks here. Our server was great ( I forgot his name ). Great customer service and service were fast from the point we checked in at the front desk. Will definitely be back when we come back for other concerts.

They forgot my soup AND my chips lol. I ordered the 3 for $10, and the skillet queso as well, and they forgot two items! I did curbside pickup, and I only noticed they forgot the chips so I went back and they acted like I wasn’t being honest, giving each other looks. It was uncomfortable! I didn’t realize they forgot my soup until I got home, it’s a 25 minute drive for me so I didn’t go back. I love Chilis, and Im willing to make the drive, but this location seems to be lacking, this has never happened before. Disappointing :/

Definitely was packed but I felt it is a smaller restaurant and those always feel like that. And the metal chairs on the concrete flooring was a bad idea for us . Lol.The staff were trying and you can tell they are all young adults probably first jobs. I applaud them on the patience understanding and kindness they showed this evening. Especially with my 4 kids and their Aunt who was a very particular customer? The food was really good, but the cheese ratio to their burgers doesn't work for me and I'm a burger kinda gal. I had the brisket burger and the Eddy Texas Lemonade. Ohhh that drink definitely is a reason to come back to chilli's.My 1 year old had sliders, again the cheese, y'all gotta find a new supplier or brand, something.? Pizza was a little dry and my 3 yr old wasn't pleased(thanks a lot we had to go to McDonald's for one ugly happy meal cause he was still hungry)My 6 yr old had ribeye and he loved it wasn't tough. My husband brought food home and he never ever does that, so that's awesome. The bathroom was clean. I love a place that has a clean bathroom. Busy and all.

The food was delicious. I would go back but not on a Friday. It was busy. The Manger worked it out.???
