She ignored me and at the window as I had the money and exact change.. I feel like she had too much change in her drawer and insisted on not taking my $.30 and offloading her drawer change on me $.70. I could understand if the amount was in reverse. Then she challenged me when I told her how she ignored me as she went to prepare my burger OUT OF MY SIGHT. I threw it away because she look like she was having a bad night.
Horrible absolutely horrible! The young kids working here don't care about the place reputation at all! All the time will give you cold stored food with no care at all. Sometimes she give my just the burger and immediately close the window.. no ketchup no nothing no napkins.
I went through the drive through and was told to park in front. After waiting 20 minutes I went to the door. They had forgot about me.
The restaurant advertises 24 hours service. When stopping at the drive-thru at 1:45 am, I was told that that they were closed. False advertising, don’t bother going there.

Do not eat here! The new honey chicken sandwich was horrible. It was burned and so tiny as if they cut the meat in half to save money. The meat was literally only made for half the bread they serve you. Did I say it was burned. Shame on the cook. I never ever write reviews but I'm mad at how bad my food was! Never ever will I eat at any Carl's Jr. because of how bad this one was!!!!!
All right let me get into this Carl's jr. Things I love Carl'sshakes from here I love the food they have but really I'm only going for the shakes Oreo cookie Shake that part very very very very expensive but the more you could shakes fire fireman Lil Wayne
Asked for a lettuce wrap and they told me they were out of lettuce and I still had to wait in line 15 minutes to drive off... how is a burger joint out of lettuce ??
Slowest service I ever experienced. Waited over 10 minutes at the window to get food and it was still cold. Gave no reason for the delay either. Also, had to purchase large drinks and fries because they said they were out of small and medium. Then saw them stacking up the smaller size cups through the window
Came at 8pm and the restaurant lobby was closed….I don’t have a car so drive thru wasn’t an option. The restaurant should really be open as times posted online say. The workers response was they need someone to clean the restroom. Not a good excuse. Lazy workers inconsiderate management. Go elsewhere.
