25 minutes wait. Love the food there but they really need someone to train those employees some good customer service. I would come back when they improve customer service and clean their floors!
Staff was poorly trained not informative at all. The floors were sticky and noticeably dirty the wait was 15 mins if not more for a order. Bathrooms were just as bad
I usually am not the kind of person to take the time to write a bad review but when I get the same experience every time I go in and also hear that other people seem to have the same experience at this location. The only reason I go into this location is because it’s near my work and home and I love the food regardless of the customer experience. For someone who goes in about 3/4 a day I really hope someone can talk to the employees about customer experience. The workers look like they don’t want to be there and they ignore people as well. Today I ordered a meal 30 minutes ahead to pick it up and when I walked in I asked the employee if the food was ready and he said in about 5 after 15 minutes of waiting I asked another employee about my online order and said it was never placed. After showing him the online receipt with confirmation number they said “oh that order okay I’ll let you know when it’s ready “.
Very poor service. I waited almost an hour for a simple two person meal. The place was empty and the meal ultimately was not worth the 30 minute drive there.
Joke everytime I come here love food hate the service diffrent people working here every time they don’t give you time of day
Good food. Quick recommendation order online before you pick up. Will save you alot of wait time!!!
Decent but nothing special. The employees looked like they did not want to be there. They all looked so out of shape and unhealthy I did not know whether I could even trust the cooking. They did not take care of their own hygiene, yet expected me to eat their cooked food ? If they were that out of shape and did not care for their own bodies how could I really trust what was in the food. I won't go back. Not for lack. But the food was pretty whack ?
Food was burnt and did have half the menu as well as terrible service
Good food I don't feel bad about and the staff is great. Overall enjoyable experience.
