I go to this Starbucks only because it’s one mile from my house I work from home so I like to get out of house some mornings get a coffee before I start my day but today , I’m done seems to have continuous problems since they opened about a year ago last week it was closed cash registers not working which isn’t the first time in last few months today closed no water it’s been ongoing for months no employees can’t take credit cards or can’t take cash or drive thru only open or store only open lack of products lack of employees it’s a hit or miss every time I go which is 2 to 4 times a week from now on I’m just going to go to the one 3.5 miles away where I haven’t experienced issues I don’t know if it’s poor management or what the problem is but enough is enough .lost my business . I’m pretty sure the owner of this Starbucks also owns sonics Indio which has terrible issues with service as well so the picture is becoming clear , Take the next exit at Jackson there is a Starbucks in winco shopping center .
This morning while placing my order, I requested to have my Latte made with soy milk. Because I didn't state that I wanted soy milk at the start of my order the barista over the drive through proceeded to tell that they were now going to have to throw out a perfectly good Latte bc they were making it with 2 percent. I hadn't even finished speaking or placing my order. Instead of waiting until I was done asking for my Latte, it was now my fault they were going to have to throw it away. The only fault in this situation was not waiting for the customer to complete their order before assuming. It was a failed attempt at efficieny and lead to waste of product. The lack of courtesy and professionalism from this is store is the very reason I will drive an extra 10 minutes to another coffee shop moving forward.
Coffee is good. However the last few times I’ve gotten coffee the lid doesn’t seal. Coffee leaks all over the console, pants, shirt, hands, ETC. I end up throwing out most of the coffee, as it’s not worth the effort.
This one is so close to my house and open late so it’s preferred to others but they are always so slow and seems like they are always out of everything… I get good and supply shortages but compared to to their Starbucks in the area… and there’s like 4-5 near within the next few exits…. This one is always spread to thin… drink flavors are inconsistent too. Sometimes it’s good sometimes it’s not…
Stopped by on our long drive back home. Got an iced caramel brulee latte, my personal favorite. It was absolutely delightful. Great selection of cake pops for the little ones. The sausage egg breakfast sandwich was so yummy and very filling. Great location to visit.
This Starbucks is literally the best. Brea offers such great customer service and the drinks are always made with love. I always come here and I’m never disappointed!
They need to start checking if their coffee is hot before they give someone their order because this is the second time my boyfriend has received his drink warm almost cold.

I will never go back,and give my business again to this location. The two girls that helped my sister & I me were very rude, and very unprofessional they also wrote on our breakfast very rude and very disrespectful.Natalie and jelly good luck God bless because if that’s what you’re hiring nowadays wow poor customer service. If I had an option I’d GIVE 0 STARS.
First time going to this Starbucks I really enjoyed my stay really nice in here
