Unable or unwilling to provide straws upon request?! What a joke. An iced macchiato has to be stirred regularly ?The girl that took our order was super patient and kind but the rest of the experience was a huge disappointment. Won’t be back.
I would rate it as 0 if it is allowed. In this particular Starbucks, it seems like the workers pick what they would like to make, instead of finish an entire order at once. Five drinks with 30 minutes waiting really isn’t reasonable, and there is no drink that takes a long time. They prioritize the drive through clearly.
The coffee was delicious but the bathroom definitely needed extensive servicing. Overall I appreciated this Starbucks on our long drive.
Its when they have delivery boxes standing outside the restrooms that makes me think they are using the restrooms as storage area for their food. Disgusting...
Went in to get a drink and only taking mobile or drive thru and bathrooms are closed. I guess more virus lives in the bathrooms. Lost my whole family's business.
Honestly im usually such a fan but today i was very disappointed. Maybe it was the pressure they were working under but my iced matcha latte tasted like milk with ice. No matcha flavor what so ever. I would have returned back and said something but i was on my way out of town and could not turn back. I hope this was just a one time thing.
Worst service I’ve ever had, yelled at me for not ordering cream cheese when they clearly didn’t hear. However it was the three women working there, who decided to yell at me for not ordering when it clearly was.p.s. how do you make watered down cold brew? Not happy at all!
This morning I was in the Starbucks line waiting patiently , leaving an opening so incoming traffic can pass though our line off HWY 111 and this guy cuts through the line and there must have been 8 car behind me.. He just bullied his way though. Another guy came and was kind and asked nicely for him to go back though the line the guy was just rude to him and ignored everyone.. they didn’t serve him.. the manager Honored everyone that was in line by not serving Him.. and on top of that , which was in my book enough they had a guy coming giving the customers in line the coffees and other drinks they orders to the customers for free . No charge.. wow!!That’s integrity. What started out as a crazy day ended up being a blessing on Honor and integrity..Thank you!!!! Starbucks for standing of for your customers…
There was a line but it went fast, good service and our orders just what we expected.
Coffee was nice and hot but my classic oatmeal was cold and very little to no water was added. Speedy service tho.
