I was just there for a friend picking up a few things for her and she said she was very happy with her coffee she said so if you need coffee she would tell you to go you will like it ☺️.
I will say that they make my Venti White Choc Mocha with an extra pump of White Choc Sauce perfectly every time and not everybody does. So, that's what the 2 stars are for. What I don't like is that I've been going there for years and you would think that when you see the same employees and manager, day after day, month after month and year after year, at least one of them would take the time to at least say hello like they recognize you. If I managed this location, I would make it mandatory for my staff to remember our regulars' names and greet them by name. I'm pretty sure this location gets many of the same faces due to the fact it is buried inside a huge casino. Therefore, it would be appreciated by all customers for them to extend themselves and show recognition for customers whom keep coming back. Especially when they charge me extra for that extra shot of White Choc Mocha Sauce and I've never, ever been charged extra for that at any location in our 50 states. But, a smile and hello from them would make up for that.

I like the staff and is in a convenient area inside Fantasy Springs Casino in Indio, CA. but my caramel frappuccino was made so strong I couldn't finish it.
This one is inside the casino. If you're trying to play Starbucks games, this one doesn't work. I gave it a 3 because the drink was great! Otherwise there's 1 employee doing everything. They need more workers at this Starbucks!!!
Drive thru is fast. Cashiers are nice. But leaving the lot is a nightmare they really need to fix curb everyone damaging there car on that curb that’s not need there. It’s the only reason I hate this location. Tell the city to fix that it’s bad for business. Jts
