Second visit at this Starbucks and last. While going thru the drive thru, on the first visit, the employee at the ordering station asked to us to go around for the second time bc “the order was not ready”. When they asked to go around the second time or park nearby, we asked the employee if they were bringing our order to our car, they said no, “we can’t do that!” So we had to go around one more time but with a lot of frustration and confused as to why, if the window is not so busy, we still have to go around.The second visit was the same: employee asking if we could go around one more time bc “our order is not ready” while ordering ONE MATCHA DRINK!!!!!There was ONLY one car behind and no cars in front. My sister said no that she preferred to wait in the car and the employee told her “she kind of had to”, my sister proceeded to say that she would wait at the window and if that was not ok she then would call corporate!! And like a miracle, arrived at the window and her macha drink was ready!
Horrible service I’ve been here twice and they always get our drinks wrong and the girl who took our order was extremely rude like if you don’t wanna work there don’t ! I got a matcha frappe and said they had no whip cream ?? On top of that they put so much matcha in my drink it’s not even drinkable it’s so disgusting
Great service and friendly/amazing workers! Shoutout to that worker Jess for giving me my drink quickly and it tasted amazing! they should play emo music after 5 pm to make it Emo Starbucks. 11/10
Long lines but worth the wait they always make my coffee exactly the way I love it
I am taking the time to write this cause I already had multiple bad experience I always order the same drinks nd they always taste different it's always a hit or miss mostly miss and I don't like to say anything so I just leave except this ONE time and they were not friendly about it she just grabbed my cup couldn't have said sorry or have a good day even after I said please and thank you she didn't even look up at allll I live 5 min away but now I just take the time and drive to the Lq location they must follow the instructions on how to make a drink unless you ask otherwise cause the drinks are always great and fast and friendly worth the drive... if management reads this do something different this location had so much potential don't be that store everyone hates makes u look bad
Horrible service. I spent 20 minutes in line to order. When I finally make it to the window. They told me they were closed because they had a large order and they took long to get that out. HOW IS THAT MY PROBLEM. They should respect the people who are in line and take their orders. Or if they are too busy they should send someone out and tell people that they are not taking any orders. Ridiculous!! If I could give no stars I would.
Extremely disrespectful girl this morning, obviously flirting with my boyfriend while I was with him, asking him what he was doing tonight and how long he’s been working. Stay in your place as a drink maker ma’am. If you must flirt with every guy you see, ask if they have a gf first. Or just be respectful and do your job. Yk yk, love to you ?
They never have ice, fruits for the refreshers ??♂️ and they close early before 8pm horrible place
This Starbucks is alway out of something. It so frustrating that it is the closest one to me and they are always out of either lids, straws, nitro cold brew or honey for the tea:( It hasn’t only been one time its multiple times this has happened. I always have to drive to a further location. They need to stay on top of the inventory to give customers a better experience.
They were swamped busy. Lots of young people in there. I was thinking a long wait was ahead. Not at all. They zipped right through the orders, ran our food out to the lobby, got my order right the first time. Lots of employees behind the counter, all smiling, working as a cohesive team. I was impressed on their hustle. Great job to them and their team.
