I decided to give them a try. What a big mistake. Ordered the big pizza box and when I got home the pizza was wrong and they forgot my dipping sauce. I paid for pepperoni and sausage, got no sausage. My other pizza was suppose to have chicken which I paid extra for guess what no chicken. Called the store and the employee had an attitude and told me to bring the food back and she would remake it. I guess she expected me to waist my gas for there mistake. Instead of offering me a remake for another day she told me I had to return her pizza and wait for a new one after she put me on hold for 10 minutes. I will never order from here again.
Waiting for 10 minutes for somebody to finally to help me and he did not know anything about the menu and by the way there is no menu display.
Ordered online it got double ordered somehow because i payed online when went to pick up they wanted me to pay again then tried to blame me saying it was my fault. Oh well wont get my buisness again.
I'd rate my overall experience a 1/5. More than half of the menu was removed at this location, their were no restrooms open, the pizza was mediocre at best, the pasta was actually disgusting, and they wouldn't even give us some ice with our soft drinks. The food quality was bad as if they were in rush, even though we were the only customers in the building at the time. The only item I'd recommend to others is their wings. The wings were actually decent. This location used to be really good back in the days but has really gone down hill in recent years. (She had no clue I was doing so) I ordered a heart shaped veggie lovers to be delivered and asked that a message be delivered too.. they nailed it! 100% ❤???? My mom sent a picture of an amazing looking veggie ❤ pizza AND the delivery person relayed the message to my mama "Happy Valentines day, love you mom!" Haven’t been to Pizza Hut in years, so we thought we’d try it again when we saw the new deal of $12.99 for large 1-topping stuffed crust pizza via online order. Turns out the owner of this location doesn’t honor the coupon. Lil Ceasar’s stuft crust never failed anyway so oh well lol Pizza Hut was almost worth a try again.
Order placed hours ahead of time was hot and ready. Attentive workers, clean restaurant and easy parking to pick up. Oh, also GREAT price for a large three topping pie.
I was really pleased with the pizza, the crust was great. Also the drive thru pick up window was fantastic.
I just spent 20 minutes typing out an explanation of my negative experience at this store. When I tried to submit it it was erased so let me just say - terrible pizza, service was even worse.
It wasnt your best work. Did the recipe for crust change? Service was fast, driver was good. The pizza was not great. Specifically the crust wasnt the usually airy and buttery. It was very dense
