I have a mix experience with the service calls for delivery. There was bad communication for the phone calls as of with the call the lady attending me for my delivery was not patient and the quality of the phone call was low... The lady wasn't speaking clearly, couldn't understand a thing over the phone..

ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS!!!!!!Ordered $100 worth of food for delivery for a party and got a confirmation email - waited an hour and tried to call and ended up driving to the location after 2 hours. The location ended up being CLOSED. Absolutely no notice of closure online, over the phone or on the app. How do I order food and expect a delivery and get NO UPDATE AT ALL?! Absolutely awful. Terribly managed, do not waste your time or money.

I think people don't appreciate the job opportunitie they have and don't understand the importance of a clean work environment. I understand what it like to be bombarded with situation. But when at work please perform your duties. Work is for work. Playing on your phone and socializing is for break or free time. And please wash your hands. I will not go back to that place again.
