Drive thru was super slow. Easily the slowest McDonalds drive thru I've ever been through. I assume there may be some staffing issues, so I'll provide them a little forgiveness.But check out their "value" menu. $2.39 for a small french fry ?.
The worst Drive through everrrrrrr! First of all the time for them to get your order it’s insane. Once your on the speaker they say no card, just cash. Why on earth they don’t put a sign before you enter the line that they are only accepting cash. It’s terrible the poor service at the window. Never again ?
The messed up my order and had to drive all the way back. They also did this with my friends order the other day. All in all, go to the one off Washington. At least they never messed up my order.
Worst fast food experience ever! Literally waited in line to order for 30 min, another 15 for my food. Never going back again!
I came here a couple of times during my recent road trip out to Gilbert, Arizona. While I waited for my car to finish charging at the nearby Tesla Supercharger station, I came here for a meal. Each time, I placed my order on the mobile app. I've found that ordering on the app tends to cut down on mistakes with your order. The dining area was clean and pretty empty during each of my visits. When I was here for dinner, there was an older lady employee that was really nice. She went around to each table to personally check up on everyone. You rarely see that these days.
22 minutes and still waiting for our order. It's empty inside and in the drive thru. 2 large fries and 1 cheese burger. This is ridiculous.
This use to be one of my favorite McDonald's to go to. Now it's staffed with a bunch of kids that don't care. No customer service and fries were refried to appear fresh. I mean I don't hold my hopes high when it comes to fast food but come on.
Super busy as you expect on a major travel route. Clean-ish bathroom. They do prioritize the drive thru versus indoor ordering. But patience and you will get your order.

IT'S THE SAME SETUP WITHOUT THE PLAY AREA...THE LINES GO RIDICULOUSLY LONG BUT I PROMISE I'M NOT THERE LONGER THAN 5MIN...ORDERS R TAKEN OUT AT A SPEED THAT'S EXEMPLARY... IT'S THE WAY FASTFOOD DRIVE THRU'S R SUPPOSED TO BE RUN...I REALLY HOPE IT GETS BETTER...I JUST KNOW I WON'T BE VISITING THIS PLACE ANYTIME SOON...
