We are regulars and have never had an issue until the last two times. We love going in to dine but sometimes will call it in and take it home. About two weeks ago we called in a take out order and the host did not answer macarios. It was a hello. I had to ask to confirm I was calling the right place. When we arrived to pick up the food we asked for another bigger bag of chips and salsa and she seemed bothered. Her response was I placed some in your order already. I advised it was on I was would pay for it. When we arrived home I noticed she had charged for an extra margarita when we only ordered 2. I let it go but then understood why my total was higher. Yesterday we called in another order and when we arrived I noticed it was wrong. The same hostess from last time argued with me that was what I had ordered. She had a ven mentioned I ordered 2 large strawberry blended margaritas drink but she only charged me for a small. Everyone else has always been great and the gentleman ran quickly and corrected the drink order. The whole time she looked annoyed. When I was ready to leave she advised she would refund the whole bill and would recharge again. At that point I was frustrated and felt her attitude getting worse. I finally asked to speak with a manger and she advised no one was there and with an attitude advised again she would refund then charge. Once again I asked for her manager and she said there is no manager you only get me. At this point I asked for another supervisor and a server came out. I advised we’ve never had an issue before and have been coming with the family until these last two times she has messed up the orders and provides an attitude. He advised they would not charge anymore then what had already been processed. We will continue to come because we love the food and the treatment we get. The only issue was the one hostess.

We went back again for a Birthday dinner. We always go to this restaurant every trip to the Palm Springs area. The food is exceptional and their drinks are fantastic. Service, by Jammye, was superb. The music also adds to the ambience of a Mexican restaurant.

We went for lunch. Great service they came right out to take drink orders. Be careful of the margarita special it has a kick. We were with friends and everyone’s or Dre was correct and the food was excellent. Be careful when driving by the place dies not look open especially if no cars out front but it is and worth the visit.

I've eaten here many times and have been satisfied, however yesterday I took 2 friends from out of town at 3 pm and we were told it would be at least 20 mins till we could be seated. Only 3 tables had people seated. The hostess told us they were short staffed. Well short staffed was an understatement. There was no waitress and no cook so I don't know how we were ever going to get served. The hostess also mentioned she was late to her mom's birthday so she was leaving soon. Needless to say my visitors weren't very pleased with what I told them was excellent food and service.

Terrible Service!!! Hostess seated us, without menus, 15 minutes later still no menus or server. This is the second time in as many visits it has been this way. They have 3 servers and continue to seat until every table is taken, poorly managed!! We won't go back. Left and went to Sole of Mexico, great food and great service.

We love Macarios, but never again will we order through Uber eats. First time using the service, We ordered our food to be delivered and after over an hour the delivery guy called us and told us he delivered our food to another customer and would we like to go get it? Not Macarios fault in anyway but we never got to enjoy our 85.00 dinner, I will never use Uber eats again!!

We waited almost 40 minutes for our drinks. And then 1 had to be replaced as it was wrong. Almost 15 minutes later the appetizer showed up with our dinner (which was ordered all together: drinks, appetizer and dinner for 4)! We really went there to see Miguel Tristan,as the only other time (1st) we went there, he was the entertainment - GREAT. He wasn't performing this night, and as good as he is, this past experience was just beyond not good. We won't be back. Prices are fair for the quality of drinks and food, but the service was AWFUL. (We had to finally go to the hostess and ask for our bill because our waitress was sitting with 2 other servers eating dinner at a table right across from us!!!!!)

The food was good, but the best part of this restaurant was the live musician. He was GREAT! Super talented guitarist. He played the oldies and classic songs. Something for everyone to enjoy. Plenty of parking.

Our abalone diablo came coated with sauce that was too spicy to eat. We told the waitress who acknowledged the sauce should have been served on the side. We asked for a discount because the seafood was inedible. They offered us a free dessert but would not reduce the price. Dinner ruined. We won't return.
