Young lady is rude here. She had to call mr. Macho man over so she didn’t have to talk to me. I just wanted a cup of water while I waited for my order.

Nicest staff! Very kind and helpful. In a time when stores are having trouble keeping staff, this place should commend their hard working and wonderful people.
I'll say it yet again the younger staff are always great and fast but the food, the food is always old I can never win here. Why I ask???
After finding out I’m losing 37% of my income for child support at the court down the street, I came here with what dignity I had left and it was the best KFC I’ve ever had. 10/10 recommend. (the chicken not the child support)

There's a reason they don't leave their phone number. They're that bad with customers calling in with problems. Why is it sooo hard to get a simple 1 person order correct?!?! That's what a $15 minimum wage is going to get you, expensive food, sub-par service.
My granddaughter went in to ask for some sauce and a older lady asked what did she want! I mean really how rude! They had forgotten they were waiting for quite awhile, I couldn't find a no. To call the indio KFC to talk to the manager.
