I moved into this area seven (7) years ago. Since I live alone, my meals are often fast food.Very sadly, your location does not cook the chicken well. For seven years, when I have ordered from this KFC, there is uncooked seasoning all over the meat ... making it not taste good. Even when one asks for chicken to be well done, it is still passed on to customers in simi-cooked condition.We are getting two (2) more chicken food places in our area, but I want you all to do well.Please change your recipe so that chicken can be served well done, when desired.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a regular one...This is the 3rd time I do that and they never mark or flag which is which...I don't eat spicy and the other person does...We have to break off a piece in order to figure out which is which...Not planning on asking for a regular chicken sandwich from there any more...
No customer interaction provided at this store. Employees hoody strings laid in someone's food before the wrapped it up. Unsanitary
save your money. place is a rip off. ordered 4 piece chicken strip combo with 2 sides. the chicken was as thin as beef jerky and as tough as beef jerky for worst $10+ dollars ive ever spend. the prices on their food is going up the quality has plummeted. so upset i could have used the 10 dollars to eat at arbys or popeyes. never again kfc youre a bunch of jokers
No spoon no napkins ordered no 1 with 2 legs got a tiny leg with another tiny unidentifiable piece of bone not your usual quality no gravy on potatoes. I guess that is why your rating is so low
Ordered 2 combos and requested for fries and biscuits to be fresh waited a good 10-15 minutes for that just to receive hard old and dry biscuits, a wrong order, and no sauce,napkins,forks etc. went back to claim my order and was rudely approached they’re excuse “they couldn’t hear me very well” biscuits were so hard I could bang them on the table and wouldn’t break apart
Went through drive through and the girl was very rude, also I ordered a strip combo with mashed potatoes and gravy and added a extra side. Got to window handed her a 20$ and she asked for a smaller bill? She apparently doesn’t know math or how to deal with money, second I had to ask for napkins a fork and sauces also butter and honey. When I went and parked to eat I realized I didn’t get the right order instead I got old French fries if that’s what you wanna call it.
Went to get dinner tonight manger was really rude when I took my food back cause it wasn’t freash after I asked them to make my food freash wanted to fight me
