We are on a family road trip, thought it would be fun to get some shakes for the family.They were warm and not "shaked" at all!So bad not even the kids could drink them.The fries were cold and stale!Not worth it to stop here!
I waited twenty-six minutes in the drive thru for a chocolate milkshake and curly fries. Milkshake wasn't mixed correctly and my fries were cold. Lady in front of me said her mini-churros weren't cooked right either and were still doughy in the middle. Do not bother with this Jack in the Box, complete waste of time, gas, and money.
It's Jack in the Box... you should know what your getting and what it is... if you don't... you shouldn't be eating here. That said... for fast food... this place is always one of my guilty pleasure.
Poorly run. Ordered curly fries and got regular I came around to trade them and got a ton of attitude. Needs better trained staff.
Really bad service, took 25-30 minutes to get order...also asked order taker to sdd mayo yo my croissant. I got , they didn't mark which 1 had mayo added, asked cashier to check, she opened box, said that this one didn't have mayo, neither did 2nd croissant. Called restaurant but na. Also the female workers had these huge long nail which look very unhealthy and they had no gloves on, then there was a bad attitude...someone needs to do something about this restaurant. Really bad....???????????
The line was so long that I didnt get to order. But the young lady was so helpful even though they were closed only drive in she let me use the bathroom with my toddler!
I was just there. Ordered a combo number 11 wrap in lettuce, that's a chicken and Swiss cheese and bacon with lettuceand tomatoes. I got home an I got instead a double meat american cheese burger wrap in lettuce..I am so tired just got off work..do you think I want to go back and exchange it ,? Of course not. I called 2 times, they never picked up the phone. Now I am stuck with a burger I won't eat. It's upsetting specially because I wanted to eat some chicken..
I don't know what is wrong with this store. It is hard to get the grilled chicken salad because they rarely have the grilled chicken. In the last 5 times I have been there, they only had the chicken once. The shortest time to wait in the drive through has been about 30 minutes. And then I get home and find they did not give me the dressing I asked for. I called ahead to see if they had grilled chicken and no one picks up. I love the grilled chicken salads but I am not going to wait a long time anymore to find out that they don't have what I want to order. Very frustrating...

It never fails that when I go to this location my order is always wrong. Ordered a chicken sandwich no mayo and I got a plain jr jack. I also ordered a sourdough chicken sandwich and they didn't put cheese or bacon on it. 5 vehicles in front of me and yet somehow I still got cold fries!!!
