Dining room is CLOSED. Outside of the building and parking area NEEDS a GOOD power washing... seriously.BUT... Food was good.STAFF... was very fast and politePAY YOUR STAFF TOP $$$ DOLLAR WAGES. keep good staff at all cost. I would have given this restaurant 4-5 stars if the restaurant doors were not locked. I understand the caution. Covid-19 is STILL HERE. please be safe... take Care of your employees.
Went thru the drive thru but my burger wasn't made the way I ordered it. So I had to go back, walk in and asked for my order to be corrected. I got a 'new' one but all they did was take out the onions. ? Not good for customer service.
Only 20% of the food in menu is available and when you in the window trying to pay your order they ask you to go back before the window to get more time for them always taking more then 5 minutes to give you the order
I realized plus can totally tell when crispy chicken is refried. The drive thru female was kind not bad.But plenty of people can tell when something is refried??
I ordered a number 7 combo but got a number 10 instead I told the employee I asked for a number 7 so they told me they're going to switch it but she lied to me and still gave me the number 10 plus I didn't receive my soda I had to wait until she came back to window thinking I was the next customer I reccomend they hire legit honest employees who get the orders correct thanks for lying to me Anguino
Food is good but hard to enjoy it when they don't remember to give it to you. Very consistently rude staff here, make you feel like you're being a jerk for just bothering them and asking to purchase food.I may have had missing items more times than not at this location, and that's not an exaggeration.I had stopped going and been driving to the next nearest jack a few miles away, decided to try this much closer place again, and of course more forgotten items, more rudeness... No clue how this place continues to exist as it is.
Had the grilled chicken melt,some good stuff.
This Jack in the box has a good service and friendly staff members.
Great kids with professional and respectful attitude, it shows they have good management and are learning those skills themselves, the food's good too!
