This was a horrible dinner, food was gross... everything seemed like it came out of a can. The nachos were just processed cheese wiz type goop on some chips, similar to what you'd get at a state fair. Everyone in our group had an upset stomach the rest of the night. To avoid any further damage, we will steer clear of this place. Wait staff were very nice though.
First time eating at this place, let me tell you it was AMAZING! The shrimp cocktail was loaded with shrimp and was delicious and the shrimp enchiladas are the best! Super friendly staff, super delicious food and great prices. You gotta try this place.... we live in Palm Springs and will definitely drive down here again soon!!!!!!!!!!!!
The waitresses we're flirting with all the guys in the restaurant. The waitresse that waited on our table kept rolling her eyes at me and turning her back to me not to mention flirting with my husband. It took an hour to get our food. The chili Verde was greasy and had no flavor. My husband and I use to enjoy eating at Huertas but not anymore to many changes and unfortunately waitresses that act like (GOLD DIGGERS) ladies treat the women with respect too men aren't the only ones who tip. Show some respect not only to the customer's but for yourself.
Not really a fancy place... but well worth going to. The food is great... the staff is friendly and prices are good. Hard to ask for more than that.
We had Chavelas, Chiles Gueros, Camarones a la Diabla. Loved every bite and had a great time.
Our 2nd time here on our way thru Indio to Quartzite. We love the food and the staff. Husband had shrimp cocktail loaded with shrimp in a wonderful sauce. I had carne asada. Both were excellent. Staff very kind.
Nice restaurant to stop over after visiting Joshua. Atmosphere was good, service and food also
For a couple out of towners visiting Joshua Tree, we were very happy to have found this place. Friendly staff, delicious food. Def not a tourist spot, seemed mostly locals. Will go back if in the Indio area again.
Despite little drive up appeal in a plain building in the middle of not much else, this place served fine food in a warm, dark atmosphere with very friendly service for a very reasonable price Food came out hot. Green sauce just right, taquitos the right size
Unfortunately I have not had the food here and it's a little far to drive on my day off but it must be good because I al here sometimes twice a night so that has to say something right?? This is a sit down restaurant and they are always busy and the people that work there are great, I'm sure you'll have great experience just from 2hat I see while I wait sometimes the meal is ready right before I get there and if not I'm out of there within 5 minutes so this is a great place.
