Peaceful friendly atmosphere great staff excellent food
Came here based on TA reviews, and TA people are wrong. The good..cold beer. Chips and salsa was OK. The bad..guacamole dip is way over priced based on the quality. Good size portion, but lacking in flavor. Wife ordered chicken Tacos. Not sure if it was real chicken as it had no flavor and the texture was strange. I ordered 2 crispy Tacos, which were OK, but the refried pinto beans must have came out of a can...no flavor. All in all lacking in flavor. Service was very good.

We sat outdoors. Small patio in the front of the restaurant. Hostess was friendly. The waiter was friendly and definitely gave us a lot of recommendations on what to eat .and specials. He ask us right away if we're visiting the city. He also notice that we were staying at Worldmark by our wristbands. We tried the stuffed peppers with shrimp. It was good. In addition we had the combination fajita and the fish and shrimp with rice and beans. All very tasty. The Cadillac margaritas was delicious. We recommend going to the restaurant. Great choice. They have happy hour menu from 3-6pm.
Group ordered their famous shrimp stuffed peppers. I don't like shrimp, but everyone else raved. The guac was delicious! Very good drinks and food. They were busy and service was slow, which seems to the new norm everywhere with staff shortages. Would eat here again without hesitation!
Friendly neighborhood restaurant that's popular with locals and tourists. Good food and knowledgeable and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
We've read the good reviews & have driven by and seen people waiting in line to eat here. Don't believe everything you see or read! We can't believe it could be the same place? It has to be the worst dining experience we'd had in a long time & very disappointing. We ordered our meals at 7:15 pm & they still had not arrived by 8:15 pm. (the place didn't really look that busy) When we asked the server why we hadn't received our meals, the excuse we were given was 'there was a large party in the back.' When we asked to speak to a manager we were told there wasn't one there. Really? Once our food finally arrived it was the most bland, tasteless Mexican food we've ever eaten...anywhere. The refried beans had absolutely no taste at all. There are too many other good places in the area with much Mexican better food. Try one of those instead!
Was there in October of 2017 and in 2022 they were still excellent. Love their peppers stuff with shrimp along with the rest of their food. Service was excellent too. Just off the 10 so they are easy to get to. Great place if you're just passing through town. You won't regret it.
