I didn’t even think it was possible to have a bad experience at a Dunkin Donuts but apparently it is. Our visit was just awful from the service to the food. The place was so dead when we arrived (should have been our first clue) that we thought it was closed but we drove up to order and were surprised to hear someone say hello. Ordered our donuts with some difficulty from the teen on the other end of the speaker and then drove up to the window to pay and get our order. We sat for awhile and eventually another teenage employee opened the window, gave us our order and we were on our way. I can honestly say the donuts we received were THE most awful donuts we have received anywhere. They were EXTREMELY stale and lacked any flavor. We took one bite and tossed them in the trash. They were THAT bad! Ordered a chocolate filled powder donut and it came as a sandwich. Will attach a photo below, but yes, they actually served this to us. This place should be shut down.

I am a professional dunkin donuts visitor and this has got to be the worst dunkin of all time. Parts of menu are missing even tho they have those items and they took 30 min to serve three dang cars. Felt like it was everyone's first day. Rude drive thru lady too
Lizbet a cashier was rude as hell, slammed my food and drink not sure if she was having a bad day but it was a bit rude…. the drink was alright tho. really disappointed.
I'm tired of paying for burnt food. Burnt bacon burnt breakfast sandwiches like seriously my breakfast sandwich today was so burnt it was blackened at the bottom and the top right side. The workers can clearly see that burnt mess as they are packing it. Today was the final straw I'm never going there again. I'm tired of paying for food that is not edible and goes directly in the trash.
Every time I go they are very rude especially in the morning. One time I went at 8 tried to order inside and they refused to take my order and had doors locked even though they didn’t close till 10. To find out they closed the front because they were “stressed” and didn’t have any cars or customers and still refused to take my order. The females working was Stephanie and Heather.
