Tonight I had a very bad experience at this del taco. I was in line waiting at the speaker over 20min just to get my order taken .Never once did they say can u give me a moment or I'll be right with u. I wasn't able to order , I asked if he was ready , no answer I asked again still no answer. I told my wife maybe they are under staff.which I understand because I am a manager next door at Mc Donald's and it is always packed. I went to the window and waited another 3min. A lady came to the window and asked what my order was I explained I waited over 20min and I thought maybe something had happened or was understand. She apologized and was going to take my order 2 men rush up and said I can not order and needed to wait I explained again I did and that I just wanted 2 things he said no shut the door. Another man came and was yelling at us and said to get out and move I explained I just want 2 thing he said no I asked for there names and "jose" told me his but not the others. Idont think tonight was right I will be speaking to the gm and corporate about the situation. I also recorded everything. . I
Dang I’m not expecting fine dining but least give me whole taco shell . Or taco not falling apart .
Good Food but every single time I order a Macho Burrito with Chicken they give me beef today I even told the girl at the window and she said it was chicken ?

FINALLY GOT HOT FRIES. OMG THEY WILL GIVE U ANYTHING COLD IF U ALLOW IT. BUT YET THEY DONT WANNA EAT COLD FOOD. ALL DEL TACOS ARE DIFFERENT SOME CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS SOME DONT!!! I have gotten bad food from here twice. Took it back both times and they made it over. What a waste of time. Just do it right the first time.
Wow the dinningroom was open, still drive through was 14 cars deep but at least I was given a choice

35 minute wait. That wasn't the issue, the service and the food quality was the issue. Never again. Thank goodness there are many around, but this one, never again.

One thing I can not stand when walking in to any establishment, from fast food to retail is that the employees all at one point turn around & see you at the counter yet all of them ignore you. The cashier walking back and forth passing you and glancing over at you, the manager in all black helping make the food sees you but doesn't say welcome, or be with you in a minute. A few minutes had passed before some associate to come up and ask if i was ready to order, I'd say a good 5minutes before I was acknowledged & helped. I get that it get's busy but a little friendly greeting can go a long way especially at times during a busy crowd. I wouldn't of been annoyed as much had i been acknowledged by staff.
