Food is average specially being a 24 hour joint. Prices recently getting higher. Good carne asada fries. Really good shrimp quesadilla.
My chicken tacos were awful. The meat tasted like it has set out for more than six hours. Don't eat at this place
I have never experienced a more uneducated disrespectful person like Rosa. It is a 24 hour restaurant and she was rude from the very beginning. Didn’t let us dine in and disrespectfully gave us our food. She cussed and called me and my family f*** Bit***. when we told her why we couldn’t dine in. Unprofessional from the very beginning. 0 customer service. After years of dining in and having great relationships with other workers never have I experienced a worker like Rosa.
I go here mostly because of the chips & cheese with guacamole, and I'm never disappointed. I love that they use real shredded cheese and don't melt it. I don't care for the liquid cheese and I don't like when the cheese is melted and you end up with 5 chips just trying to pick up one. The chips here are always good and the guacamole is perfect.
Ordered again from here and missing my chicken enchiladas, all the food was cold coming out the restaurant, asked for no sour cream on my nachos and no beans and had lots of sour cream and beans. Also was ice cold.....everythin was cold.....doubt I'll ever order from here again...no wonder this location has a bad rating....the employees don't care to provide hot quality food.
Family member ordered through the Uber eats app. Show up and foods not even ready. They ask for the app to show proof even though the name of the person was given and have second thoughts of even giving you the food. Took a little longer since my food wasn’t even ready during the argument. They neglect app orders and give drive through their food first.I recommend if your going to order through Uber Eats or DoorDash it’s best to call because you’ll wait longer to get your food ready.
Glendira/pomona location low quality, inaccurate poorly made food. Guacamole is disgusting, don't EVEN waste your $$. Same restaurant chain in Indio =⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ minus 1⭐️ for the disgusting watery green so called guacamole.
I had a tostada supreme. I loved it, it wss delicious and big. My husband had a fried taco. He loved it, he didn't care to much for the flautas.
Food is trash, carne asada had absolutely no flavor. Tacos were worse. No cilantro or onion just tomato.. like why?
