I have gone to this Carls Jr Before and they Had Decent service in the past. But I walked in today 4/8/22 at 7:00pm and stood in line for several minutes. The two young men who were working at counter were just chatting away, wouldn’t acknowledge that I was there. Nor did they let me know they would be right with me or anything, and looked at me as if I was annoying them by being there. I went ahead and left because I need to get food and I didn’t want to be where I’m not wanted. Just figure management should know.
I stopped coming to the indio location because every time I gow there they can never get my order rigth was just there spent 56.00 to get my food all Rong had to wait in drive thru area got sauce on all burgers asked for no sauce cold fries overall bad experience again .
I don't know why they don't have Ranch anymore, little by little this place is falling apart, I think they need a change in management. Just my opinion.
This place has me, my brother, boyfriend and my daughter throwing up every 10-20 minutes all night long, plus diarrhea. I missed my finals cos you mfs can’t change your oil, pretty sure it’s from the mini hash browns. Don’t go here unless you want a stomach virus

Went to Carl's Jr. for my second time and noticed they put in some new renovations like their stainless steel condiment bar. Got the big Carl's Jr. and tasted just as great as the first time. Courteous staff and delicious steak burgers. Definitely worth visiting

Very clean location! Decent service but understaffed the day I passed through. Food was well prepared though.
Got really sick when I ate there staff was dirty using the same gloves with cleaning tables and stove Tove top to then straight up handling your food it was disgusting just seeing it I was I hope they don't touch my burger like that let alone they did Wich got me really sick couldn't even go home ....had to stop throw up and chug a vodka bottle just for the sickness internally horrible management I just hope nobody else got sick I seen a whole line of drive thow people order ,and got the same service I did would wish that on any body thanks I hope they cleaned up good or got new management going cause I letterly felt like I was dieing...man
