Customer service is really bad with rude waiters very rude waiters. The food is not as good as it used to be it's quality has gone down a good 50%If the waiters like you they sit you right away otherwise they will keep you waiting until they decide they want to sit you down.Once seated they take forever to come take your order!!! Even longer to bring your food to the point that it arrives to the table cold. They charge for chips & salsa now which is ridiculous it should be courtesy of the restaurant for coming to dine in.Will probably not be going here ever again

They sat us down at 6:50pm. At 7:20 the waiter finally came to take our order. At 7:35 we got up and left. My four year old daughter knew this was poor service as she kept asking why no one has taken our order? why our drinks taking so long? Where are the chips? The staff clueless as to what is going on.

Second time here 1st time the experience was good. Second time was hell never stepping foot in this place again literally waited 30-40 min for them to take our order. After taking our order waiter was back and fourth with other tables except us like really couldn’t serve us the drinks atleast. Timed passed and nothing we decided to walk out and last time them

Delicious torta ahogada mixta wife had flautas plate. Says they are a step above. So tasty just like homemade. Real meat. Unlike other places. Not thin pre-frozen with make-believe meatFunny part was our friends horchata was served in what she thought was a Mayonnaise jar!!!! (see pic) other than that we loved our food.Asked our server when they moved from Santa Fe & Gage. She had no idea. So worth the trip will def be back and try other dishes

Great spot. The taste of the food... It's like Grandma is cooking in the kitchen. I had the barbacoa, enjoyed every bite. The Jamaica is good, really refreshing and not too sweet. Miches are on point here too. We swing by anytime in the area. Only complaint, the waitress seating you may not always be friendly or accommodating.

Love the food and service! A nice place to grab a quick bite or to have a beer.

Best service in Los Angeles, easy. Alma did an exceptional job and was friendly to boot. This place has full on Mexican family restaurant service with all the courteousness and chat with customers you'd expect in México. You're greeted as you come in and they always check on you. My jaw dropped because I felt I was in México again. The servers work well in teams and all were efficient and pleasant. The salsita is crazy good. The tortas ahogadas are very, very good as are the tacos de barbacoa. For dessert I had a jericalla. I highly recommend this place. Tons of parking here.

Honestly i wouldn't recommend this place the food is cold it doesn't have salt and the micheladas taste like water ot was our first time going with my family and they came with a really bad impression of this place i wouldn't go back...

I went to this place very excited after reading all the good reviews but my experience was not so memorable as others. First, they kept us waiting for like 30 minutes and they didn't offer water or chips and salsa. Very strange for a Mexican restaurant, I mean at least a cup of water. The food arrived finally after 30 minutes and it was not bad but not great. The bread in the torta ahogada was too soggy as if it had been sitting with the salsa in the kitchen all that time. I do not recommend this place because you can get good food just about anywhere and faster service. We went during the week and it wasn't even busy so I don't know why it took so long to get our food. I can only imagine what it must be like on the weekends, big no no. Go to another place and get better for your money.

Super good tortas de carnitas the guacamole, salsa, beans n chips were delicious. The horchata ?? I recommend going here to eat the table servers were very polite n respectful
