Place is really nice and clean but they close there drive thru @ 8pm on weekdays. Use to not be like thatEdit Jan 2022Asked for medicine ball, they said they had the stuff and only gave me a mint tea.Asked for a iced caramel macchiato and it was more milk and no caramel. Sorry 2 stars for this location.
this is the worse starbucks ever ,if you ever come here expect to wait at least 30 minutes for your order which that will make get late for workI'm sorry but its ridiculous

Cashier ignored me at the time to order. I was wearing clothes with paint and he tought I was a homeless asking for free stuff. Usually service is outstanding at this location

Always order my coffee mobile order usually it’s fine lately the wait is ridiculous today is enough there’s 20 people waiting for the orders now and it’s not even for the people that are waiting after 30 minutes of the time that my order is supposed to be ready I finally received my drink not my food I just can’t do it anymore it’s morning everyone has to go to work The point of mobile order is for it to be ready when it says for you to just grab and go what happened
The service to order was bad honestly I'm not sure if there speaker didn't work or what but I had to finish my order in the window I dont think they are well organize and wait longer than I had already so wouldn't recommend...
30 minutes for 3 items. By the time I got the 3rd item, the other two were cold!This kind of service is disgraceful for the amount of money we pay as customers.
