Great location, great place to sit down and get caught up with work/school, ambience would be almost perfect if it wasn’t for some rude staff. Rosa, la rude lady that didn’t help today could’ve handled things better. I asked for restroom code and Rosa rude lady laughs in my face and says nothing, then the other young lady approached and apologize for co workers rude behavior and states Rosa in on her break and I apologize for reaching out when on her break, but still point out that she didn’t have to be rude like that. No bueno Rosa salvaje!
I don't know what's going on with this location. They have done my order wrong 3 times and its usually when I order more than 3 drinks... Ive been loyal to this location for 2 years and i got to know some of the employees.This used to be my favorite location, but it seems like they don't pay attention anymore. I guess because of covid they aren't the same anymore....Also, i feel like it was a bad idea to put the yellow railing for the drive thru. In that case, they could have left it like it was with the railing on the opposite side so the line would start forming inside the parking lot...Edit: I don't know what was going on through the batista mind but Why would they give grinded coffee in 2 cups! Why? Should've been better off ordering through the app...
As I was placing an order at the register, the barista says "just to let you know, it's a 20-30min wait", I laughed my a** off as I walked out. 20-30min wait for 2 drinks? ??? ridiculous. Mind you this is at 4pm in the afternoon. What the heck does one do when they want coffee on their way to work?? Most definitely not come here that's for sure. The owner of this franchise really needs to look into this.

I tried to give this place so many chances to make a correct drink for once. Unfortunately every time I order a dark roast I always get serve a Pike like I wouldn’t notice.whether I order drive through, inside or mobile app still same thing. Today I even told the person if they had dark Ross she said yes,. I saw her serve 3 different people with Pike coffee when she gave me my coffe I told her is a dark roast and she said Oh I’m sorry I didn’t know you wanted a dark roast. So she pretend to go make a new drink and still serve me a Pike . I asked her again is this a dark roast and she said yes when I just saw her serving a Pike. They can easily say we don’t have dark roast at the moment and i my decision to buy something else instead they try to play you like if a coffee addict doesn’t know the difference from every coffee. On top of it the wait time is always about 30 mints

they need to change their pick up service they just leave the items on the counter. when they're busy stuff just piles up and you have to look for your name and it's hard when theres no line control and multiple lines. They kinda take awhile to make drinks usually 10 mins to get a mobile order.
I had their holiday peppermint mocha drink for the first time.It tasted really good.I also had their chicken/bacon sandwich and that was good as well. I highly recommend this place.
