Good Experience with this New place visitedWaiter was very kind and the taste of Garlic Shrimp was delicious Steak was very Juicy and they served resent made tortillas Rice and salad was a nice compliment for a good Dinner they were playing Latin Music that makes a nice environment to go on the floor and start to Dance
Extremely overpriced. The waitress just charged us by didn't give us a bill to show us how much each item was. When I asked she said " I don't know I forgot" and only had the total. She said that unfortunately the price on the menu was not the true price. I don't know why then don't accurately display the prices. This misleads the the customer. The service was not great either and place looked dirty and run down. The food was at least decent.
I placed an order using the online order feature and when they informed me through text message that my order was ready I went to pick it up. Upon arrival at the restaurant, the restaurant was actually closed even though it clearly stated that they closed at 11 pm and I had arrived at 9:21 pm. Since I wasn't able to access the restaurant I called to see what was going on and the lady who answered after the 5th time of me calling, told me that she didn't know anything about what was going on due to her being new and she couldn't give me information on nothing. I waited until the next day morning to call them again and the same lady answered me and told me she couldn't give me no information because she was the only one working and there were no managers there, so apparently there are no managers working in that restaurant she just runs the restaurant herself. I asked to speak to the owner so I could get a refund and she said she couldn't give me no information about the owner. Frustrated now, I asked her again if I can speak to someone above her like a shift leader or something within that and she told me the now non-existing manager would be coming in to work at 5 or 6 or 7 or 8 pm but she can't tell me exactly when this unprofessional and clearly unorganized manager would be coming in. These people are cleary thieves whom steal money from their customers and once confronted coward away behind this supposed" I'm a new employee, and I don't know nothing on what's going on " it's all a part of their scheme. I still haven't been able to speak to the " manager " so I can get a refund issued to me after a week and a half of me constantly calling and not being able to speak to this so called manager.
Panes con pollo and tamarind water are delish here.
I'm not giving ANY star to this place. The waiter came twice and NEVER showed up again. The owner a woman by the counter charged $14.25 for a michelada but,on the 2nd tiquet charged $19...jajaThis "lady " was más borracha que nada. She overcharged. Food was delicious. But, just ask for the prices before you order.
For $9.99, they ripped me off with partially ripe plantains. I didn’t order plantain chips to go con frijoles y crema. I expected ripe plantain that gives the caramelized flavor. Disappointed.
Horrible service, we were a party of three 2 out of 3 plates came out and the other order came out 20 minutes later when we were already done. Disappointed honestly, never coming back. The worst part was that the waitress didn’t even tell us anything or update us we had to go get asked, we didn’t get refills because she never came back.
2 cokes and 1 bottled water = $15.33. CANNED COKE. It's true, they only sell bottled water. Waited 1 hour an half for a tasteless Mojarra. Two thumbs down.
Do not come here, everybody was complaining I could hear everybody around me complain, and their complaints were valid, unsanitary, high prices, subpar food, really ruined my day coming here.
