This is my first time ordering papa John’s in years. I placed an order online today and called the restaurant to add an additional item to my order. After waiting an hour and half I decided to call the store for updates on my order. I was told that the driver came out but that I didn’t answer. I explained to the manager that I’ve been waiting in my living room this whole time. She then stated that drivers call first and if the customer doesn’t answer the phone they don’t come to the door. I asked her why, she said because if we don’t answer the phone first there’s no way for the driver to know if they’re delivering the pizza to the right house. I told her that didn’t make sense, being that you have an address. And you can verify that the moment the customer opens the door. Valerie was beyond rude, I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. She said she could send out the same cold order that had been sitting at the store or she could void the credit card charge. I was so appalled by her tone and aggressiveness that I told her to void it. And when I said I needed an email confirmation she hung up on me. I called back and asked her if we got disconnected or she hung up, she said she hung up. When I asked her why she would do that, she said she had orders to take and didn’t have time for this conversation. She said if I needed further verification I could drive over to the store tomorrow, and ask the other manager for a receipt. I was excited to try your product but after this experience I can confidently say I’ll choose a different restaurant with people who value providing customer service
I picked up an order I placed online and when I get there one of the pizza did not have an ingredient I had payed for.Before I get home and daughter throws a fit I made sure to go back and ask to please fix the mistake.Didn't realize that they had just toss the meat on top of the dry cheese that It all end up on my floor!!!!!I please ask to regulate this place!

very bad service they treat people very badly they yell at you this is a very angry man I always don't know how they hire people like that if they don't attend well so they look for jobs from these people very badly all spoiled I hope they don't buy more in that store
First time I order something through uber eats with them. Staff didn't do a good job on giving out the complete order. Called the store and was told by the girl who answered the phone and was told they had the rest of my order there but that they couldn't do nothing about it. So there goes my money on the trash. Will not order from them again.
Always get my papa johns from here, food is always fresh and top quality for a fast food chain, my fav. Always get it delivered in time. And the prices are reasonable.
Terrible service. They never pick up the phone. They give wrong orders.
Never received my delivery order called many times to check status and it said it was delivered not sure why? Tried getting in contact with the manager and was never able to speak to anyone for that matter.
Worse pizza chain ever. 40 minutes for one medium pizza!
