They tend to have good customers service.
Staff is Friendly and attentive. Food is Fresh these are trying times for all of us. So be patient. Drive thru gets very busy and crowded. If really. Rushed using their app for ordering makes it that much smoother. Also, go inside too pick up if drive thru busy.
The worst customer service, no manners, they are slower than a dying snail. SO UNPROFESSIONAL

Be very careful when getting food from here I ordered 2 quarter pounders with cheese and a cheese burger plain and the meat on all 3 was raw and still frozen on the inside

I wouldn’t recommend to come during the weekends (mornings) , it has the longest lines in the drive through and I figure they’d be slow in doors because they’re attending the drive thru, during the week it’s better, there and then they’ll tend to mess up on the orders but they’re friendly enough to fix anything.There is still no indoor eating in here.

They are really lucky I don't give them one star. If you don't ask for condiments they don't give them to you. Not even ketchup. Not to mention the whole area is like this McDonald's is not the only one the local Pollo loco in this area doesn't even give you knapkins. The Carl's jr in this area doesn't have no condiments at all either. What is really going on. They should have a disclosure at least. My bad if they do.
